If 1 good thing is to come out of the last few months its that's its crystal clear to everyone now that we need to bring in winners into this squad. Players who know how to win and detest losing. More importantly, ones that will demand that the other players on the pitch have the same attitude.
They're not easy to get, but I'd sooner have 1 of them with the demanding attitude than 2 or 3, on a similar talent level without it
But its back to the same old same old "we need 4/5 players" isn't it
We need a c*nt of a player right through the spine.
What I couldn't have given for a Craig Bellamy out there tonight
Based on finance, European trophies and one of the best managers in the world too. What more could you want? We are a fecking dream to most players out there.
Simon Mignolet,: "Back in the day, if you could stop Luis, you had a chance against Liverpool but now you have to face a whole team playing for each other and I guess that’s a lot harder. Now the danger comes from the strength and unity of the squad."

2 days later they lose 3-1 to leicester

I have noticed a recent trend on RAWK. There seem to be lots of younger, newer posters on there now that aren't happy to toe the "we are great" line. When I first started reading RAWK back in around 2007, it was a completely different place. Lots of completely bonkers men in their 40s and 50s telling each other that the good times were around the corner.

Now there are many members sick of this and the fact that the entire internet laughs their head off at the deluded ol buggers who still post there.

Alas, this breed of newer, modern RAWKite won't last long. It's a propaganda site to feed each other's egos and pretend that everything is fine.

You can not and will not question Klopp or the players on there. It has to be the owners fault and even then, if you moan about them too much you will be handed a ban.

It's mental, it really is.

They do like to 'sleep over' a game over there before passing judgements.

It's the start of a new day and I'm still seething with that.

Yes, the performance was absolutely shit but how in the hell were we so tactically unprepared for that? Leicester using their physicality and Vardy chasing balls played over the top or in behind our defense? Who'd have thunk it.
Having slept over it I am still clueless. Did it actually happen? The performance was absolute shambles. I was thinking about our manager and players and individually I am very satisfied with each of them. Maybe some players can be changed. It is unbelievable then that it doesn't work collectively. Whole is somehow less than sum of parts.
Having slept on the disappointment of last nights result, and being so angry at that gutless performance away to a team that has not scored a league goal in 2017, i have a nagging doubt in my head. One way football, thats all we have. We play one way, there no surprise when you play liverpool. That's the coaching staffs fault. Let me make this clear, i love Klopp being here and am an ardent fan. (its not bed wetting to ask a question). I would just like to see us change it up a bit. Yes it worked well for all to see in the first half of the season, but other teams are on to us now, we need to switch it up. The one thing that just puzzles the feck out of me is the attitude, it stinks, i would genuinely drop some of them players and give subs/youth a chance. Firmino, lucas and Can can have a rest, Origi, Gomez and woodburn as a suggestion. Been at work an hour and getting it from the lads... have a good day all..
One of them totally 'slept off' though and was thankful:
I slept off having worked hard the whole day and I am thankful that i did. I dont recognize the team over the last two months and Klopp should realise that this team is not good enough. Emre Can isnt good enough to start. Our plan A no longer works. Klopp has no plan B. I am a big fan of the man. I would hope the owner actually spend on the team in uk rather than spending all their time and attention to the one in US. Please sell the team if you cant be a good owner. As much as I appreciate what they did when we were almost going into administration they dont seem to be a step up over what we had financially in terms of investing. we always have to sell to buy. I hope we dont have to sell Coutinho to buy 2-3 players from southampton this summer...

They've been shite for months but somehow, yesterday's result was the one that has really knocked their confidence.

Their last little happiness came from us being 6th/them being ahead of us. It looks like they've just lost it as well.

Ah... They pulled out the lack of spending card early.
I thought that was the moral way to do things right? Don't spend because you can't compete and when you don't win anything, you can hurl abuse at clubs that are winning from your ivory tower, then complain about not spending, so on and so forth in a never ending cycle.

And long may it continue.

They're the ultimate game-raisers when it comes to playing the top sides, so they won't lose to Arsenal this weekend.

I reckon we'll see a 2-2 draw which would still be a solid result for us, but if anyone wins, it'll be the Scousers.

It's been 442 days since the 2-2 with West Brom so RAWK are going to be watching the match again tonight at 8pm and reliving it as-live.

Never forget.

We've had a better academy than united for years
Must be why there are all those former Liverpool academy players knocking about the premier league....

Completely missed that! In what capacity is he back? Slipman Extraordinaire?
Klopp was wary of Gerrard's motive for returning, so Jurgen made him the the club's official PL trophy security guard.

They brought him back for his experience in title challenges.

He's obviously an incredible teacher as he taught them everything they know in about 3 days.

He uses the Everton gym weekly and the bits on tv had him wearing the Everton kit then as well.
