In October he gave an interview where he said he dwells on the ball cause he doesn't have runners. Seems he was right.
Anyone with half an idea of how to play football was saying that to be fair...

What a player he is. He was in a way different league than anyone on the pitch. We wasted two years of his carrier.

Best midfielder in the world. Was laughed at when I first said that on here a few months back. Feck a Modric.

Lovely first goal, took it brilliantly. However he really should have squared it for Lukaku and it just goes to show what a selfish player Pogba is. He's all about himself and not the team - Souness 2019.

Not another midfielder in the game who can match his combination of technical and physical qualities. He is too skilled for the athletes who can challenge him and too athletic for the finesse players.

Close to unfair.

Given his social media use recieved so much criticism when he was performing poorly, I'd just like to highlight that his social media use hasn't changed in the slightest yet his performances have. Almost like it was always totally irrelevant and the people who pointed to it as a problem were clueless.

Bit of a side point but..... *shrugs*

He's the best player in the league since we appointed Solskjaer. It's impossible to find anyone with the same influence all over the field who makes the difference in attack so often while playing as a midfielder. I mean, his goals + assists in that time should be something more common for strikers than for a midfield player.

If we keep Ole and get Sancho on the RW, I think Paul's going to have 30+ assists next season.

He’s the best CM on the planet for me now. Modric looks like he’s starting to decline and nobody else really comes close.
Modric has been declining for a while to be fair, for most of last season he was good but unspectacular, he turned it up a gear towards the end of the season/world cup.

We all love United
I still cherish every day that he's ours. Only 25, coming into his prime and we are going to enjoy his peak years with us

He is starting to look like a real bargain, he has been world class since Ole took over, long may it continue he is critical to our game.

I think he is playing the best football in his career, offensively and defensively.

Having him under Ole feels like we made a world record signing in the winter window.

When he opens up on one of those runs what a sight. He’s brilliant. Honestly his physical ability added with his just utter brilliance, touch, vision and magic is the player many except the die hard Mo-boys knew that was there, can’t wait to see what else is in store with him over the next few seasons.

The club needs to make sure that the above actually happens. If he performs like this until the summer Madrid and Barca will come calling pretty soon.

Best midfielder on the planet. Modric isn’t really even close at the moment.

Stunning to think that miserable prick Jose not only wanted to sell him, but fancied McTominay ahead of him. What a clown Jose is.

And Raiola is his agent. Definitely doesn't bode well.

Offer him Sanchez's wages. 500K a week for a 5 year contract with a 300 Mil release clause.

Hypothetical question: would you trade a 25 year old Pogba for a 25 year old Modric if you had the choice?
Completely different players, Pogba can't do things Modric can and vice-versa.

Ronaldo being his team-mate had huge bearing in his 4 CL wins, Pogba isn't surrounded by same quality at club level. When he is, he wins stuff (see Juventus and France).

Feels like the first time since Rooney in 2010 or possibly Van Persie in 2012 that we have the best player in the league.

Looked like a man playing against toddlers at times.

A reminder that Mou largely wasted two years of Pogba's career at United and, on top of that, almost had him sold.
