Chasing 300 plus is not easy. It doesn't matter how much a team chased in bilateral series. WC becomes a different ball game.
I think that's been the great thing about this World Cup so far. In the previous bilateral series, it seemed a number of sides could chase down any score. However this world cup is showing more balance between batting first or second.
Both Eng and Oz still made 300+ while chasing. 309 was doable on this pitch, Pak batting is just not good enough.
