Cheers. Haven’t seen the replay yet.
Was a bit of an odd one as it didn't seem like he rolled it or anything - looked completely innocuous at the time. He was carrying the ball towards touch with Kante in close attendance - Kante challenged for the ball but if anything it looked like KdB might have partially trod on the ball to avoid contact and did his ankle then? Like I said, it didn't seem like the injury was down to Kante kicking him, looked like he tweaked a ligament somehow.

I predicted they would get knocked out today. For some unknown logic, I think Spurs will also beat them in the league cup final. Their holy grail is the champions league and I think they aren’t “at it” 100% in the domestic cups. They’ll obviously win the league but I’m not convinced with anything else.

De Bruyne will be a loss, but I don't think as big as other seasons. I feel he hasn't been as good this season when I have watched him. Yesterday, they were much better when Foden came on in his place.

They didn’t miss him at all when he was out earlier in the season. Think they won every game.

Which other seasons? The one he went down and they won 10 games in a row or something like that?

Are they worried yet?
Naaaaah, no, not at all... Honest.

2011/12 - 8 points behind with 6 to play.
2020/21 - 8 points ahead with 6 to play (probably).
That first season we pip the rags for the league in Aguero’s first season.
This is Aguero’s last season and I am worried that we will do “A City” and come full circle.
You cannot take the premier league lightly. It will come back to bite you in the ass. Hopefully we have learned and a full team is played on Wednesday.
The Leeds defeat looks a bad move now!
Gonna be closer than we hoped.
..
Officially starting to flap
This was their easiest game left and they've been shite, no need to flap.
Fulham at home in the second last game ... when Fulham will already be down
Five league wins in a row, I believe. I'll rest easier when they actually drop some points again
They’ve been shite and they won though. That’s the problem here. We were shit vs 10 man Leeds and just lost
They keep picking up points, just need to make sure we do.
I loved QPR day, not sure I wanna relive it.
..

Jeez we were 17 in front at 1 stage
Single figures now
Only been that far ahead with games in hand
..
Actually next two must win with Chelsea after that.
Pep's fault, listening to crowd here and run the top players like KDB and Mahrez into the ground playing game after game.
Now with CL semi-finals and key PL games we have injuries and fatigue.
..
Europa League could still be a killer for them. We had to exit that competition to give us the best chance possible to win it in 2012
Been ok so far for them
Fatigue will eventually catch up with them
People were saying that about Liverpool last season. It never happened, apart from the last few games when they had won it.
I think itl be more deflation than fatigue, once Edin knocks them out of that competition they'll crumble.
We just need to do our part regardless, and I really believe we will.
...
OK I'm flapping
This is panning out a bit like 2011 12
Only difference is we don't play them.
Fortunately bar Chelsea the other teams won't have anything to play for
How on earth has it gone from 17 to 8?
Have they always had games in hand?
Only because we'd played 2 more games than them. We were only ever 11 points ahead.
We were 14 ahead before the Derby, was a bad loss.
They have had 2 games in hand for a while. We needed to beat them to keep it at a double digit lead. If we beat them the league was won. Now it is squeaky bum time for me
Had we won derby it would have been 14 and we would have been just 1 win away from win. Or maybe had we won derby and against Leeds we would have been champion already. We bottled derby made this close
They will win every game left
With how strange this season has been I genuinely wouldn't be surprised if the bastards end up winning it.
For the first time, I am a bit worried
If Pep picks a similar team on Wednesday as he did yesterday, there's every chance we'll lose... and then it will get very worrying
If they keep getting lucky deflected goals like today then they’ll keep on getting their wins, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some dodgy refereeing decisions as well if it gets closer.
If we pick decent teams in our remaining games we’ll be ok, but that’s anyone’s guess at the moment.
Certainly is a must win, if we drop points Wednesday there tails will be wagging.
..

united still have leeds away, liverpool at home, leicester at home, villa away and wolves away. some difficult games in there. combined with 2 europa league semi's. surely they will drop some points!
And so will we
They’ll win every league game
Official statement from PiGMOL ?
Nope, I’ve been saying it for a few weeks whilst others posted that it was all over, that they’d never keep the run going. They have and they will; we need to win cos they ain’t losing
Win all of those
I think they will win them all as well, we need to act as if they will gain maximum points.
Stick £20 on that 6 game acca and pay for your season ticket for next year then.
No thanks, I’ve never bet against city or for United in my life and won’t be starting now.
For those that think City won’t win the league, Skybet are offering 50/1 on the scum to win it . £20 wins you £1000 for those that take it up and it wins.
Surely it is worth £20.00 just as a bit of an insurance policy.
Sure not winning the League would be sickenning.
But That £1,000 would finance the 7 day bender needed to get over the biggest Bottle Job since that Rags implosion.
Sort of helps.........................i feel dirty..............shame............shame...........shame :-)
I put 7 pound on them at 150/1, will vanish from the country for a month if it goes tits up.
I think they'll win 5 and draw 1 and we need 8 points from 6 games to win the league. If we can't do that then we don't deserve to win it.
Don’t see them losing if I’m honest, if they sniff blood they will just go for it and they have finishers unlike us.
..
It's a pity to see such little faith in the team these days.
I'm confident this will be over soon.
When it was 1:1 I realized how close we are rather than how far away, as long as it goes back to 11 points on Wednesday it will be fine and soon they will be taking the " we deserve a cup for doing our best" trophy from the dippers
Quite a few "it's done" merchants MIA.
Very frustrating
If pep had been half interested in the Derby instead of praising the rags and didn't feck around vs Leeds we would be fine.
so fecking frustrating like you say
derby 6 pointer when it could all be absorbed and nowt to worry about
even 10 men leeds, nowt to worry about lads, bigger games ahead like an fa cup semi final
oh wait, some silly dick on here was predicting or saying we could win the league, and league cup on the same day a few weeks ago
i fkin hate arrogance,thats why I'm a blue
Do we all agree that if it goes 5 with 5 to go that we’re actually in a title race, yes?
Not sure about anyone else but I’m entirely sanguine, smoking a cigarette on the balcony and enjoying a glass of red. As I’ve said before, those panicking will end up seeing the same results and outcome that I see at the end of the season, but I’m mighty sure I’ll enjoy the ride in more than them.
If flapping makes people feel better and is their way of coping then have at it. I wouldn’t swap positions with United for all the tea in China though.
Not enough people are considering this. If you were to ask United fans whose position they'd rather be in as far as the league title is concerned, I doubt many of them would be saying United's.
...
Im beginning to get a little bit anxious and nervous for the upcoming games, hope all goes well

been saying it for ages.....they had two games in hand when people were harping on about it being a 14 pt lead.....them beating us and winning the two games in hand means its now where it is (along with our loss to Leeds)
This will go further as I think we will drop more points..Chelsea, Villa could both tke points off us for starters.....and sanyone remember Palace doing Liverpool over when we were in a race with them? well we have to go there as well......no easy games and the pressure is on....combine that with a cup final, Semi final of CL, squad rotation and underperforming players....we have a race on our hands to the finish.....One which we are in charge of but could easily lose control of with any more performances like the ones against Leeds and Chelsea as we were abject in both

On the flip side they have Liverpool and leicester - tough games but they are chasing us so they will be hugely motivated and both those teams are underperforming at present
Liverpool rarely win at the swamp
yup butim hoping they turn ina. performance.....even a draw would be good.........
Utsd also play leeds which i forgot in my OP....not an easy game either
Utd have very good away record
Did you see the rags Leeds game a few months ago?
Calling it now and it’ll be such irony given the past two seasons, we beat Villa Wednesday and it goes back to 11,they then draw with Leeds on the weekend and it’s 10 with 15 to play for, we beat Palace and it’s up to 13 they then lose to Liverpool the day after and it stays on 13 with 12 to play for, Liverpool win us the league
..

Be nice to win it on goal average again pref +1
No thanks.
..

Emotion is a funny thing, there’s infinitely more chance of the above happening than them winning the league yet it doesn’t make me feel any better at the minute!
Don’t sweat it mate, their run in is awful, that bubble will burst in 2-3 weeks
..
We have a goal difference of + 15 better than the Rags , so surely its just ten points to win the league
Villa (mid table nothing to play for)W
Palace (mid table nothing to play for) W
Chelsea (playing for top four) D
Geordies ( will be safe from relegation) W

The Rags have
Leeds (mid table nothing to play for, but a grudge match) W
Dippers (playing for top four and another grudge match) D
Villa (mid table nothing to play for) W
Leicester (playing for top four) D
If Pep had played different players we would have beaten both the Rags and Leeds and the title would have been won, (can understand changes for the Leeds game for the Champs league but when he ommitted Foden and Bernardo agaisnt the Rags we lacked energy) , but now with the Rags riding their luck we need to finish the season strongly.
Goal difference isn't quite the non-factor you are making out. For United to overtake us, they would need to win three games. They are currently gaining around +2 per game. At the same time, we would need to lose three or draw most of ours. Assume three single goal deficits for us, and that's nine of the fifteen goals made up. Throw in another possible Southampton scenario, and that's our GD blown away.

Edit. I don't see it happening though.
..
After the derby I bet £50 on them at 200-1. It’s pure insurance: You hope you never need it, it can never replace what you’ve lost, but can come in handy. It’s making me a bit less anxious. Only a bit mind but money well spent.
Anyone who thinks this is over is a dick.
Even that amount of money wouldn’t sweeten the feeling of losing it .
..
Atleast we all have eachother if it goes tits up lolol
Well you're all fecked then because I'm a twat

All those posts saying we'll beat them to the title are like the ones when the Caf think some mediocre mid-table side is going to surpass us.

I mean, I wasn’t worried in 2012 until I was.

I still didn’t expect them to be.

We’ve no chance...

To replicate our collapse almost exactly, they'd have to:

Villa away, LOSE, (our Wigan)
Palace away, WIN
Chelsea home, DRAW (our Everton)
Newcastle away, LOSE (our city)
Brighton away, WIN
Everton home, WIN

And we'd have to win all 6 with about a 25 goal swing. Yeah its not happening

I'd go for

Villa: lose
Palace: draw
Chelsea: draw

And at that point I'm getting ready to cash in my £10 bet on winning the title from 2 weeks back.

Daddy wants a bonus!

Given that this might be the last Premier League we actually play in, it would be good to beat this lot to the title.

Proper meltdown after decision to postpone our game due to protests

Postponed following consultation with

Trafford Council

for any fans not in Manchester

Trafford is near Manchester not in Manchester
Broken the rules, has to be voided and a 3-0 win to the scousers

#JUSTICEFORTHEBLUES
Lol. Are they gonna show up at ours next time

3 points to Liverpool hopefully
That is absolutely pathetic! Let the mob win, this has been allowed to happen for bigger reasons make no mistake. The rags should be hammered for this and forfeit the three points.
feck off Ratboy...
The scums supporters have managed to riot their way into getting their team a rest until Roma 2nd leg and to stop the scousers crowning us a s Champions at Old Trafford. No doubt they'll get a stern letter.
Gary looking a bit conflicted now the games been called off, his Sky paymasters won’t be happy
Pathetic cnuts
fecking disgrace. Fine and points deduction for not adequately securing their stadium when they knew there was going to be a protest.
Neville is a bare faced lying ****, no more, no less. Largely peaceful my fecking arse.
carragher ‘always someone who takes it too far’

yeah like spit at a kid Jamie.
feck off Neville,with your warning
What an utterly ridiculous decision.
Off ! You shower of cnuts
Not condoning it Carragher???
Could have fooled us!
Absolute fecking scum. Worse than Scousers. fecking feral twats. I want to see huge sanctions against those cnuts this week

fecking furious
I’ll be fuming if united get a points deduction which results us winning the league. I want to win the league by playing football
United = Disgraceful
G.Neville = Disgraceful.

Small time plastic City fans, I'm not shocked. Clueless and didn't show barely anything to protest against their club, a fart in the wind at most.
Thing is all 7 of their fans couldn’t get a game called off. Just jealous

You don't bite the hand that feeds you. They know they'd be in the Football League by now if it wasn't for the blood money.
