You should be a scout.
Do you have a proof for all that?
@TheReligion is saying you said Eriksen would be a poor signing @Replenish. This can't surely be true, can it? He hates to say it but he's never wrong.
You are serious! I thought last posts you were parodying!
The full assessment on Eriksen here;
Don't encourage him.
Replenish's reputation in the mud and taking a rogering here
I'm not a big fan of Replenish, far from it, but wish him luck.
Guys, there's so many responses here and I'm on a 3 posts a day limit due to my newbie status so it's difficult to respond to everybody. How do I make it out of the newbies? Surely I deserve some likes.

Unfortunately, my assessments of previous players were on a different forum where I'm well know for my accurate predictions and judgement of footballing ability. Otherwise I'd quote the evidence here.

One day I'll make it out of the newbies and be able to share my insight more regularly with you all.

Your assessment of Eriksen was posted here the day before his MOTM performance v Arsenal..

It's one game. Unfortunately that prediction will also ring true by the end of the season.

This is my last available post of the day

I think its part of that cultural shift of accountability that ETH is trying to build. Just because you are a big name doesn't mean you can just walk into the starting 11. Benching Macguire, Ronaldo, Shaw etc.

McT is playing well or at least executing ETH's instructions to the levels that he wants. So he is using Casemiro as an example that just because you have won lots of trophies or personal accolades doesn't mean that you can just walk into the team. You need to earn it.

But having said that I think he will start Casemiro and Ronaldo against Sociedad.

The biggest power a manager has is the power of selection. ETH is using that now.
Indeed, this is exactly the sort of thing that makes squad players feel motivated that their hard work and performances will be rewarded, which in turn makes them more valuable squad players. Fergie used to make everyone feel important so that when they were called upon they were ready and they never felt slighted in the way that players at the club clearly have been recently - evidence by Bailly's comments and other comments during last season about players being shocked that certain colleagues were not getting any game time despite training ground performances and performances on the pitch..

So you swan in here like Bertie Big Bollocks himself telling us you’re always right about players.

You Shit on Casemiro, Rashford and Eriksen only to claim when you’re wrong you need to be given more time for your assessment to come true?

You’re definitely a wind up merchant.

I hate to say it but am I ever wrong about a new signing. This guy is finished, Madrid sold us a dud. No wonder Ten Hag doesn't start him. He doesn't suit the type of football Ten Hag wants to play. He's a destroyer type DM and what we need is a possession based DM like Carrick/Busquets. It's another 60m down the drain and he'll probably just be a last 10 minutes off the bench player which is what he should be at most. Early days I know but I don't think he's going to be a good player for us, he's another player that lacks mobility like Maguire and they struggle in the premier league. Clearly he's not as immobile as Maguire, but he's not the quickest and not the youngest which is going to cause him problems.
Absolute car crash.

I make a judgement on a player rather quickly yes but seeing them play only a few times is typically all I need. There are so many players I could mention. People used to rave about Dele Alli, I said from day one he's was an awful player and incredibly overrated...where is he now? People were pleased the Schneiderlin signing years back, I said he was a nothing player and would do nothing at our club...where is he now? I said from day one Maguire isn't good enough... I genuinely could go on and on and name every player in our squad and say with complete honesty my assessment of them has been correct after watching them on only a few occasions.
You have to be on a long con WUM. Please keep it up, your posts are great.

His prediction about getting out of the newbies is about as well thought out as his Eriksen prediction.
Earlier I was bit annoyed but now I find him amusing. You should at least give him a tag line "Sometimes I am never wrong".

You should partner up with @LuckyScout78 to find hidden gems. I think there's an up and coming Czech striker at Leverkusen that's supposed to be decent.

I think you're right but not to the extent that he's a 10 min player. It seems he isn't as mobile, tenacious and speedy as we'd like, and he can't control the game as that's not the type of player he is.

He'd benefit from having a WC midfielder with him to do the passing work, but until then I don't think we will see the best of him, although he is a step up from what we've had.

Tomorrow is the perfect game to get his engines firing against Spanish opposition. Time to start integrating him.

I think we won’t see the best of him until after the World Cup.

I'm not sure that is what Casemiro not starting has been about. Could be about that. But could just as easily be the combination of him needing to learn all the nuance of EtH's system and McTominay playing well.

There seems to be a lot of fear by some that McTominay might eclipse Casemiro or usurp his spot. But he's playing with nothing to lose since he saw the writing on the wall with Casemiro's addition and it has suited him. The guy is like a giant pinball pinging around in there making plays, it's just unlikely he'll keep it up. So what's a smart manager to do? Play him and ride that shit.

Casemiro looks pretty close to starting now. He gave a ball up early when he came in but settled down. Looks quick. If he doesn't start in this next game it will be because he doesn't quite have the decision making down that EtH wants.
