I refer you to my second paragraph.

Alternatively, just looking like he gives a shit will do.
What makes one look like he gives a shit? Does Pogba look different to other players?

Wounded, can’t find the guy who told me to pretend I was a millionaire and all would be good, just rolled in it’s late but still time to advise Pogba is a waste of space
Did you come home drunk to write a post about Pogba? Worse than a scorned ex girlfriend

Needs to swear, stomp the ground and act pissed off
He does all of these things relatively often. That's why I asked, it's probably the only player in this football club that looks upset when he does something bad or when things aren't going well for the entire team. The others are emotionless.

Tbh I'm tired of the caf when it comes to Pogba. There is so much "material" to use as criticism for the football he plays, no need to invent stuff nor to call him names.

It s polarising stuff really... everything is exaggerated. Fanboys vs boo-boys.
It s the same with Ole mind you..you have 4 or 5 posters constantly bashing him all the time.

I kind of agree even though I don't really have reasons to criticize him, he is the player that he is and has always been. I still think that people can't accept that the perfect player they imagined doesn't exist, they seem upset about it and think that it's a matter of will.

What i dont get is that eventhough Pogba isnt perfect, he is by far the best player in the Manchester United selection... yet people want to get rid of him. The McT, Matic with Mata/Jlingz/Pereira infront of them midfield is a crime against football and hurts your eyes when you are looking at it. Those games against West Ham and Leicester were basically a chore to watch.

I doubt any other midfielder would be better than Pogba and if you sell Pogba for 100mil you can buy one replacement who wont be better or two 50 mil players. Fred was 50mil but i rather have one Pogba instead of three Freds.

I would swap KdB for Pogba but i cant really think of any other midfielder i would swap Pogba for. Even if a KdB/Pogba swap would be realistic it would likely result in Pogba being as good as KdB is for City and KdB turning to shit. Playing with Rashford will most likely make KdB his assist stat take a dive.

Since I don't rate him as much as some do, there is almost a dozen of midfielders that I would have instead of Pogba at United. Verratti, Kanté, Arthur, Witsel or Pjanic for Pogba, it's not necessarily because they are individually better but I value their roles higher for United. De Bruyne as a #10 would also be far better but I wouldn't want him as a CM in 4231.

It is annoying but I guess we cannot change people.

I am sure if he wanted it, he would play much much better than he has so far. He gains nothing by doing that, not money and not even interest from other huge clubs

That's very strange. How would a DM in exchange for AM make us better ? We will still have same issues at creating chances and still need Pogba to be replaced. It will just be simpler to pair one of those players you listed with Pogba instead.

Put any of the above in this midfield & any gains would be marginal.

Whilst I’ve rapidly come round to Pogba leaving, if he is replaced by any one player we’re in a similar position to what we are now.

No point having De Bruyne if Mata & Andreas are playing on the wing.

Pogba should do better in a lot of cases but when posters overstate the performances of the likes of McT then criticise Pogba it’s difficult to take seriously.

We need a new midfield but under the current regime we’ll be selling Pogba & buying Longstaff, that is not progress.

Where did I suggest that a simple swap would make us better? I didn't suggest any of the things you did but simply stated that I would pick a number of players instead of Pogba if I was to build a team.

So what's the point if it don't make us better? If you would start your team building with defensive players it would mean that you thought it is better for us no?

Well a simple swap wouldn't make us better but for me it's harder to find midfield organizers and having one would make things easier when it comes to build a team. And there is a difference between better for us and making us better.

Edit: As I said when we bought him, I wouldn't know how to use Pogba efficiently.

Much like Hazard at Madrid (so far, and he has obviously got a lot of progress to make once he settles in), paying that much money for a player, when they're not the one at the sharp end deciding matches, will lead to mega frustration from the fanbase.

The minute he feels like he doesn't have to roll every single opposition midfielder at least once a game and starts playing it simple, he will improve tenfold. His insistence on needlessly complicating his game holds him back so much.

Something I never understood is how Pogba is the best player at united based on his skill, as well as performances over a season, yet he is constantly slated and disparaged. Yes, he is frustrating and does not play to his potential but in terms of sheer quality and performances is head and shoulders above the rest.

On the other hand, supporters have had enormous patience with Rashford who while young, seems as unskilled on the ball as Welbeck, and has the poor performances to match as well.

I think most players would struggle as we are currently but yes why start with the better players ?

When he looked arsed he looked good. Unfortunately he only looked arsed for a total time of about 8 minutes

Can the lad with the ‘Please Buy Rooney’ sign bash one out with ‘Please Sell Pogba’ on. Pointless for us right now.

I’m normally quite critical of him but he was clearly only 50% fit, thought he did well in those circumstances

Abject. No interest whatsoever. Anybody still making excuses are the fan version of the complacency of our board.

Game crying out for somebody to step up. Tuanzebe maguire James and mctominay embarrass him in terms of application, effort and any sort of impetus

Mostly played safe and boring sideways passes like a lot of people want him to do. Made a few passes a better striker could have turned into assists and some other good forward passes to start a move.

I dont like to see him almost play as a defensive midfielder. Just play Fred instead of Lingard and have Pogba moved up a bit more.

Seems even Pogba's confidence is broken at the moment, either that or he genuinely can't be bothered anymore. Not sure which is the case
