I'd agree with this. I don't see any bright future for Martial whatsoever.
It's really sad to see this situation with a player of such talent. When Martial came in for his debut against Liverpool and scored that incredible goal, I was sure we have a remarkable player on our hands that would be our best player in a couple of years.
There has been almost zero improvement on his game unfortunately, although I would be glad to be proven wrong. Maybe the systems he's had to play haven't helped with his confidence, but at Manchester United a player must have the ambition to prove himself despite all obstacles.
The arrival of Sanchez definitely disrupted the squad chemistry and harmony, but Martial has too much talent to just give up. If he had the right application, there is no doubt in my mind that the Frenchmen would be an undisputed part of our first 11.
We really need him to step up in the upcoming season. The fans have backed him to the hill from the start so we deserve to see much more from him in terms of performances.
