Definitely, great player and always thinking. Gets into great positions. Those were two excellent headers, the first in particular.
Not particularly big or anything but his movement is his best asset.

Not saying that he is as good as Lampard (or that he'll ever be), but it looks to me that he has a quite similar style.I think you're doing Lampard a disservice however I agree in terms of Alli, the kids got a bit of class about him but I'm not really sure what his ceiling is? I don't see him ever being a 20 goal a season midfielder (not year after year anyway) like Lampard or Gerrerd nor do I see him ever having the Gerrard like ability to drag a team to a win when the odds are against. I almost feel what he is now is about as good as he's going to ever be which inevitably means eventually he won't be good enough as better players come along
I am saying compared to the likes of Scholes or Gerrard. He was influential, but his main thing were scoring a lot of goals, even when he was not doing that much. Alli is quite similar, although still nowhere Lampard's quality (and well, he is still very young so that is to be expected).Where does this idea Lampard wasn't influential come from? His stats for passing, tackling and distance covered were always amongst the best in the league. Lampard was super influential on games.
Not centre midfield but attacking midfielder. To me he clearly isn't a midfielder.
Today definitely second striker. Seeing how in both goals, Kane dropped deep when Erikssen in possession to cross, to take out both tall CBs so Alli can stay furthest central on A (still can't spell his name)Not always, Son played there the other day and Alli played with Eriksen in between Wanyama & Son.
He's not utilised as a second forward, depending on what system Poch uses he occupies a number of roles.
wow! Quite some talent.PL appearances made to reach 20 goals:
52 – Dele Alli
74 – Paul Scholes
90 – David Beckham
140 – Frank Lampard
169 – Steven Gerrard
"He understands the play very well and is a master at attacking spaces, he's mentally strong and has confidence in himself. He is the most important player to emerge in English football in recent years.
He doesn't drop deep though. His heat map v a Normal no 10 would be identical imo.Not centre midfield but attacking midfielder.
He is but this is a weird time to bump it. He didn't dive there.Easily the biggest cheat in the league. Why is he never booked for it?
I think he can keep it up when you look at the quality of his goals. Just overall good goals, he chooses corners regularly and has the technical ability to properly finish.Dele Alli has reached 20 Premier League goals in 52 apps; faster than midfielders such as Paul Scholes (74), David Beckham (90), Frank Lampard (140) and Steven Gerrard (169).
Can he keep it up? Sure hope so. Would be great viewing.
Yes he did (depending on your "there").He is but this is a weird time to bump it. He didn't dive there.
wow! Quite some talent.
Shame for you that he'll be playing at Old Trafford soon.
Oh dear.I don't get all the fuss about him. Sure, he's good, but not with the potential to be world class or anything. I think there is a bit of overrating going on here with regards to his potential.
