It must be making all these watch, car and whatever else companies delighted to be mentioned so much today. I bet more people are googling 'Hublot' today than have for months!

I'm not buying anything with 'Endorsed by Shitcoat™' printed on it.

We should register De Gea and Martial as United trademarks until 2030 so they couldn't play for another club. #MENlogic

No way Chelsea can register his own name as trademark, that can't be legal. Although I know you can register trademarks in one country wich would mean it wouldn't affect Real or Inter.
Besides, I don't see how this would benefit Chelsea in any way, are we not allowed to make a Mourinho doll? Then we just name it Jose and problem is solved

I like this. We'll just present him as “Bose Jorinho” whenever he needs to endorse a product, and the real world has finally turned into Pro Evo.

It's of the quality of that make-it-yourself merch site, where you can buy coats for dogs with your own logos on 'em.

:( A part of me died while reading this.

Scousers are really cringe worthy.
They have no trophies or anything credible to merchandise.

You know your club has problems when the coolest thing about your club is your manager.

No big players want to sign for you.

It must be painful for Liverpool FC.

It’s sort of like being a young lad sewing his wild oats before finding the one he wanted to settle down with.

He started off at Porto. This was his teenage relationship that would never last. It was a romantic story but it was always destined to end. She was great, don't get me wrong but he was a young man with ambition. Plenty of time for all that later on.

He left her for Chelsea. All started off well. Once the honeymoon period was over she turned out to be a classless slag. Despite giving her what she wanted, she thought she could do better after their first rocky period. She was one of them who came from money and never did any work for it and it showed. The relationship broke down and it turned out she would happily take more cocks than Old McDonald's Farm.

Then he found Inter. She’d had a recent messy past but sorted herself out the last few years. when they met he made her feel special, took her to great places. They got on well…but ultimately she was a bit boring and safe…plus there was a bit of a stunner catching the corner of his eye he chatted up one night out on the tiles, he she heard might be interested in him.

So, he binned off Inter and went for the attractive and exotic Madrid. Turned out, despite being a looker…she was a complete fecking nutter. Properly high maintenance, her mates were dicks and, as it turned out, more trouble than she was worth. Sure it was exciting but you never knew where you stood and she threw a strop every time she didn’t get her own way…so they parted ways.

The rebound – Back to Chelsea it was. He had a roaming eye on a lass he could really see settling down with, but the time wasn’t right. For some reason she was seen around town with some lucky cnut who was batting well out of his league, thought he could be a bit of a player but ultimately had no real ambition, couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and kept making strange references to town in the North East of England. He did take her away to Europe for a getaway...however it was a disappointing trip in the end. He'd never been before though.

So Mourinho sought comfort in the classless workshy slag who binned him off years before. She claimed she had changed and had never known happiness like she had with him. He was taken in by her words but…ultimately…she was still a classless slag. Maybe he even sabotaged the relationship by the end. He knew they were done and he’d made a mistake.

So, after watching the first chancing joker get a pop at the settle down and have a family material…then see him replaced by some old Dutch fella who was way too old for her, past his prime and couldn’t live up to her expectations despite buying her all sorts of expensive gifts (I don’t know, maybe she needed a father figure after hers had left a year before)…he saw his chance. He waited patiently for the inevitable.

Eventually the timing was right. He got the one he really wanted. They got settled down, got married and lived happily ever after....her, him and the 11 kids?

Edit: To make this abundantly clear..Yes...I am having a bit of a laugh and it's not serious. It's our year blah blah blah

I sense there is going to be a last minute hitch in this deal. Gut feeling

You'd have thought if it is just image rights to sort out, it would take hours rather than days

Maybe they are discussing the details of his control over the club. Personally I would want him to have the last say on transfers.

I think they'll announce Mourinho and Zlatan on the same day.

Also, an announcement on Friday evening would make the most sense in terms of publicity, as it will be covered by the weekend press.

The deal is done, all that is missing is the press release.

These meetings have consisted of a brief chat about sponsors and people asking each other "Have we left it long enough to not look like we did this deal a month ago?"
