The US achieve a 1-2-3 in the 100m hurdles, US born Ofili 4th, and they even left a world record breaker at home!

Merritt should get the same label as Gatlin as far as I'm concerned. Another convicted drugs cheat. They both went to Monty Python's school of ridiculous excuses too. Gatlin blamed his result on a vengeful masseuse rubbing testosterone cream into him without his knowledge. And Merritt said his triple positive samples were for a penis enlargement cream. It's bullshit tbh. Niether should be there. Recent research indicates that you can make permanent changes to your musculature from steroids, hence cheaters reaping the benefits long after they stop. In my mind, this should disqualify you permanently from the major championships.

So 02:30 for the 200m final.

Hmm, managed it for the 100m but was pretty knackered the day after.

Think Bolt said something about a world record attempt in the build up. Might be worth it, though I don't personally think he's got another WR in him :nervous:

Wil blake run the 4X100 relay finals?
Yeah him and Bolt will come in.

I'm guessing it'll be Powell, Ashmeade, Blake and Bolt. It'll be close, I think they might just leave too much for Bolt to do at the end. Blake has looked quite poor

Thanks. Sad for Blake with all his injuries. He was a monster in that relay in London.

Brownlee brothers are fantastic. Didnt the younger one get a penalty in London (thats why he got Bronze instead of Silver)? Or did i totally make that up? haha
