Weird signing but apparently it’s all about his experience and versatility. We are trying to thin the squad quite a bit so it’s useful to sign players like him that can replace 2 or 3 at once.Tweet

Agreed! Maybe others will read your advice and take heed? It would make spending time here a lot more bearable.Probably best not to get so stressed, it’s only a game after all
Think people, myself included at times, are just sick at how rudderless the club has been for years. I’ve moved into a phase of indifference now tbh – I get momentarily annoyed and then don’t let it impact my day to day. It’s a lot easier to just accept us for what we are now – also rans.Agreed! Cool story bro.I think Serena in straight sets and Djokovic in 4 tomorrow. Though Halep or Federer winning would be of no surprise.
Can't believe we're not in for any of these players. fecking Woody.I think Serena in straight sets and Djokovic in 4 tomorrow. Though Halep or Federer winning would be of no surprise.

I don't think anyone is under any false illusions about where we're at at the moment. That doesn't mean you have to spread your negative orgones to all and sundry. It's a lot more fun to at least pretend you're mildly excited about the upcoming football, as opposed to complaining about the business (or lack thereof) related goings on.Think people, myself included at times, are just sick at how rudderless the club has been for years. The post he replied to first was about how Ole is losing credibility because of things he had never even said. So I understand his frustration. A lot of people here believe everything they read and then get upset. A bit annoying if you're not gonna even try to elighten yourself on a situation before trashing the keyboard. Speaking (or in this case writing) before you think is like wiping your ass before you take a dump. You end up with a load of shite. Is it negative to be realistic?
I would have liked to have got all our signings in before the tour, to give Ole more time for the players get used to his methods and integrate them in the team. Which would give us a better chance of doing well this season. This is said by every manager we have, and not down to them

It's a sad thing but I agree with you on that. Although it should not be case but that is how we work and we'll just have to get used to it mate. Its said every summer and never happens so I expect it never to happen to be honest

Funk man with the red hot facts! On topic; give the fellas a chance. No one wants it more than Ole, and there's no one I want to see it work more for than Ole. Give him a window, give him a season, go from there. Don't believe everything you read (it's madness that that still needs to be reiterated) and enjoy it for what it is. C'mon you cnuts. The post he replied to first was about how Ole is losing credibility because of things he had never even said. So I understand his frustration. Agreed. No clue why people get hung up on it. We make most of our signings in mid-July the last decade. Its said every summer and never happens so I expect it never to happen to be honest
For the money involved that's a canny signing.Tweet

I wonder how much crap would have been spread here if United sold a 29 year old England international for that kind of MoneyFor the money involved that's a canny signing.
he never said that British core thingOlé already losing credibility, what happened to a 'British Core', or even '6 or 7 won't be here', or 'I want our (transfer) business done before we tour ?
I dont think anyone would have cared if we'd have just won 3 trophies.I wonder how much crap would have been spread here if United sold a 29 year old England international for that kind of Money
That's a bad situation. I almost feel bad for him. Crappy club. Underhanded and slimy. Mes que un club. Will never tire of saying that sarcastically.Tweet

I agree. And if I'm not mistaken his release clause is £47m? Perfect option for our cheap owners. Why have we not enquired about Partey. He is the sort of player we need now.

@MauroIcardi will return to Milan today from Lugano's retirement. The club and the Argentine striker have made this decision by mutual agreement. Icardi will continue his athletic reconditioning journey in the coming days and will not take part in the Summer Tour in Asia
Haven't we been linked to him as well?Tweet
