Just wait till we know for sure whats happening. Why jump to conclusionsWhy?
I'm realistic and the replays showed a very nasty injury. And by the way I feel the same as the rest. Catastrophe.

As things stand we're not in the UCL either.ucl isn't in the knee, is it?
Yes, yes it does.Huge loss, doesn't take a doctor to see that is at least 3 months out probably a lot more.
If we had a decent central midfielder, Jones would have been able to step back and play there but we don't do we have liability Evans, I hope they haven't been watching him because if they have expect a lot of high balls into our box.
It looked similar to the Lucas injury. I'm so sorry to write this.Certainly MCL, sadly it'll probably be an ACL too.
6-8 weeks minimum, more likely 6-9 months.
Yes, yes it does.
Vidic was running down the wing, scoring a goal, when he was assassinated by a Swiss terrorist. He hit his knee with a .8mm bullet.what the feck happend ? just came from work
Well it's not really that inappropriate enough to give an opinion, it'll be the same as Steve McNally and Rob Swire are doing now - any prognosis Fergie gives after the game will be based on the same thing I'm basing mine on.Let's be realistic, he'll never walk again...
How about we wait for the prognosis before jumping to conclusions?
Watching a replay from home?Well it's not really that inappropriate enough to give an opinion, it'll be the same as Steve McNally and Rob Swire are doing now - any prognosis Fergie gives after the game will be based on the same thing I'm basing mine on.
So you'll have the same expert judgement Sir Alex will have from his trusted Physios watching from your couch, righto.Well it's not really that inappropriate enough to give an opinion, it'll be the same as Steve McNally and Rob Swire are doing now - any prognosis Fergie gives after the game will be based on the same thing I'm basing mine on.

MCLs are almost never treated ********ly.some on here live in denial. He might be lucky and its an mcl strain that does not require surgery but could be out for upto 4 months depending on the severity. If its a rupture then far longer.
Who is denying anything, you dolt?some on here live in denial. He might be lucky and its an mcl strain that does not require surgery but could be out for upto 4 months depending on the severity. If its a rupture then far longer.
you really are an idiot.Who is denying anything, you dolt?
conservatively?MCLs are almost never treated ********ly.
Actually he is one of the not idiotic people in this thread to be fair.you really are an idiot.
you really are an idiot.
Wonderful - the Cafe doctors are out tonight!some on here live in denial. He might be lucky and its an mcl strain that does not require surgery but could be out for upto 4 months depending on the severity. If its a rupture then far longer.
i have not diagnosed it idiot. Ffs I've had 2 acl and an mcl and know a knee surgeon and physio at a local club. I just put forward that its unsure what he done but the possibilities it could be.Wonderful - the Cafe doctors are out tonight!
My hobbies pale in comparison..
Definitely. If Vidic is out for the season I fear for our PL hopes.A lengthy Vidic injury would be worse than going out of the CL.
Very much so too I'm afraid.Definitely. If Vidic is out for the season I fear for our PL hopes.
His reaction at first worried me but I think he'll be out for a month or so, likely to be a twist.
No. It's his ucl. Probably out for six to eight month.
How do you know?
Go back to the zoo you belong
He might die if they don't take him to hospital in time I am hearing.
Why?
I'm realistic and the replays showed a very nasty injury. And by the way I feel the same as the rest. Catastrophe.
According to his agent he's out for a long time. It's really bad news. Thanks to all of you for a nice conversation.
You have nothing. Because no one is denying anything. You have people who are saying "wait and see, we don't know how serious the injury is yet." I like to refer to these people as "sensible."
Then, we have tools who think they can diagnose an injury from the comfort of their own living room.
Remind me, which group do you belong to again?
I damaged my cruciate ligament when I was a young athlete, at that time the convalescent was close to a year. Four month with crutches and six to seven months before you could start your rehabilitation.Seems odd that some assholes are dying for it to be serious so they can be proved "right."
Was that tonight as in last night or tonight as in tonight? The papers are still just reporting what his agent told some Italian reporters - and the comments may be from before the scan.
The nearest we have to an "official, from United" statement is:
SAF to reporters at the airport: "We don't know with Vidic. It's certainly medial ligament but hopefully that's the worst it is."
Vidic apparently told one of them that the scan would be "tonight."
He was talking about Thursday night, though how fixed that "tonight" was, is anybody's guess. Was that tonight as in last night or tonight as in tonight?
