Oh I completely accept that, and I have only recently argued with a friend how one of the biggest blocks behind healthy eating is the facts that two full-time wages can't maintain a household anymore so both parents (in two-parent households) come back home at hypothetically 6pm, shattered after having a quick lunch due to the 30min break 'allowed', then have to have the energy to cook a meal. That's a very simplistic argument. The supermarkets certainly don't help, but there's a whole host of barriers to people cooking healthily from scratch, ranging from cultural issues to time, money, how they've been brought up, education and so on.
But the supermarkets only exacerbate that issue by pushing the 'easy' options right in the faces of every customer.
