Pens maybe, extra specialist. And he can still score out of nothing.
I'm sure that is the thinking, but the way he's playing, missing a penalty to lose the tie seems like it'd be a fitting end to the performance. Hope this injury isn't serious though.

He's been absolutely crap. A liability when not scoring.

He'll probably score a hattrick with his dick now and the fanbois will come out of hiding and tell us how he's our saviour etc. etc.

Never nice to see a serious injury.

However I think we'll be better off without him. Before someone gets their knickers in a twist, no, I'm not saying I'm happy he's injured.

I said in the match day section I wanted him off because he was playing poorly but I didn't want him to hurt himself. :( If it's looking like a year out id offer him our services to get him back to fitness then let him go to do whatever.

Are you watching? He's not even on the pitch anymore.

Christ we have some proper nasty fans. Depressing coming here when we're having a bad game.

I'd have like him to give a blockbuster performance in his last appearance for us. If that's the last we see him in a red shirt, I think he'd have some regrets about his stint with us as well

Obviously he's scored important goals for us this season but there could be a silver lining to this injury if it encourages Mourinho to pick some more mobile forward lines in the style of the Chelsea game.

All the worse because he really should have been taken off long before.

I'd say it's a shame that it looks like he'll lose the chance of playing in a European final in Sweden, but that's looking less and less of an issue by the second.

Thanks for the memories. I don't think anyone would expect you to go out of the game in this way. Very disappointing for a guy with his high standards. Absolutely gutted.

Hopefully it isn't anything serious but I can't stop thinking that this might be a blessing in disguise, we have looked twice the team without Zlatan in the last two games with Rashford up top.

You think it would have stopped with the bad injury but no. Disgrace.
You were saying he should be "embarrased" about 45 mins ago. Now you're calling posters a disgrace for the same opinion just because he's gone off injured?

Hopefully the injury isn't as bad as it looks. He's as strong as they come so maybe that's protected him a bit.

It's good he got injured actually. I doubt we would be 2-1 if Ibra was on the pitch. Though it could be a blow given how stretched our squad is and how many games we've played already. But it's a definite good for the exact game. Jose would not have the balls to sub him.
