The Paddy Crerand show has started. Let's see what he says about Pogba.

I'd never buy shoes off the internet personally. Too much hassle to return if they don't fit.

Sorry to crap all over your analogy
It's fine if you order ankleboots for example.
Edit: damned white text.

Haha. Apologies. I wasn't sure whether to slip that one in there or not but took the risk in the end!

Regardless thanks for the advice on the ankle boots! ;)

So we are entered the stage where people going all crazy and angry on someone who is on his planned (way before everything) holiday, resting and recharging batteries. On top of that people want him to come to train earlier even he isnt officialy United player... Gsus wept.

Didn't Jose say he wanted things tying up on incoming transfers by the CS? He won't be happy if it drags on.
There's a big difference between dragging past the CS because we're not done negotiating compared to being completed after the CS when it's already a done deal (as most reliable sources have said). Don't think he'll care too much if it's the latter.

Probably reading too much into it, but they have just put Pogba's photo back on the Juvestore under kits, where they had actually replaced him with Pjanic. No more Pjanic, now it's back to Pogba. That's a bit strange.

Why would they remove him? It actually makes sense for them to leave his merchendise available until the last possible moment.

Someone on the site likely jumped the gun a little bit before

Yeah, but I'm just saying. The middle photo with the blue away kit was a picture with Pjanic for at least a few hours earlier today. Now it's back to Pogba. That seems a little bit funny, but yeah, it might just be because the store personnel were a bit too quick to replace Pogba.

It's not unknown for club store sites to cock up like that and give hints towards signings/departures by adding/removing stuff from the site before any announcement.
It's also known where they cock up and add shirts for players that they haven't signed, and end up not signing... as Chelsea did a few years back (I can't remember the player)

Club stores are always jumping the gun. United store had a Mkhitaryan kit up before anything was announced.

Did paddy say anything?
Not really. Although a caller just called saying that we should have a statue of Woodward erected considering our signing of Pogba. Crerand and the presenter nodded in agreement - they didn't once say "Well wait a minute that's not official."

This is so done.

With this Pogba signing would this mean we have the best squad in the world not in the Champions League?

Haha, probably not. But the fact that they've just "corrected" it by putting back Pogba to the site probably means we're not likely to see an announcement just tonight or the next few days. At least it wouldn't make any sense to correct it, if an announcement was imminent, IMO. But then again, it's all just guessing and trying to connect the dots.

I don't think this has any implication on when the announcement will be made. My guess is that they just jumped the gun, and someone associated with the site has cocked up and changed stuff a bit too early.
We'll get an announcement when the clubs are ready to release them. Whether thats tonight, tomorrow or later this month, it'll happen.
