He's either told them himself, or via his agent that he doesn't want to sign a new deal. Juve either cash in now, or refuse his request and sell him next season for less money (1 more year gone off his contract, most clubs cold hold out for a free or severely reduced cost). My best guess would be that it's all done, but they're either waiting for his holiday to be over or working on a way for him to have his medical whilst on holiday.
