What are you on about? He never dived.
He looks such a busy player. He's not afraid to take risks. Made some good runs and lovely interlinking play. He should be a starter for the derby for sure. Don't care who he replaces.

Just increased the tempo overall, which was the difference. In the first half we just took too much time to pass the ball, which was easy to defend against.

The complete attacker: right foot, left foot, pace, dribbling, passing, finishing, movement and workrate, he has it all. I don't understand how he's not starting, he changed the game completely when he came on.
He was good - not as good as Rashford - but still very encouraging.

I can't believe he's not starting.
He covers a lot of ground very skillfully with the ball. When he receives a pass, he's already moving/looking to the next move before the ball arrives. He was all over the final third, passing, shooting, moving, and using his body to create space. It's refreshing to see a player who thinks and reacts with such speed that he can control the game. I think other teams will have a very difficult time containing him - a very dangerous attacking player who should be our starting number 10.
The way a hint or two there for my money. I'd need yo see more to be conclusive of course.
Tempted to say Rashford or Martial, but Mkhitaryan is definitely a good dribbler.

LVG's nightmare, always trying a through ball or a dribble. He has to start, we looked so much more fluid with him playing.
That run through 3 players when he was fouled was great.
I find it strange how he hasn't taken Mata's place yet. He is better imo, but also way more of a Jose type player than Mata.
He just floats, glides, skates on the field. Fantastic balance.
He quickened our attacks when he came on. It was a bit too precise and lacking in tempo but his ability to commit defenders meant that we seemed to invaribly have a man over.
His short stockiness makes it difficult to get the ball off him.
He needs the start so he can develop better chemistry with his teammates. But its clear hes still taking time to adapt.
Remember his awful performance against Everton? This is a new league for him so he has to adapt to it slowly. Which he is doing fantastically.

His balance makes him great to watch, as mentioned he just glides across the pitch. Should definitely be starting from now on.
Not only should he be starting but he needs to be playing through the middle.
Exacellent performance, he increased the tempo of our attacking and his ability to turn quickly, accelerate or link-up quickly helped us to loosen up Hull's rigidity as they couldn't get back into shape quick enough with each wave of attacks that were coming through him as the starting point.
Superb when he came on. Give us that much needed drive and quickness of play.

I have not seen him play much, but what surprised me is his acceleration that the likes of mata and martial seemed to lack, not only the acceleration his movement is just a hell of allot better than mata. That 30 minutes proved everytime he has better movement than mata, and combine rashford and Mkh should be ahead of martial and mata, they just give us balance with what zlaten and rooney offer, pogba, shaw and valencia have more runners they can link up with, and overall rashford and mkh provide balance to our front 2 who come to the ball. Hopefully going forward its rashford and Mkh are in the attacking front, because the game is quicker, its given jose food for thought about 2 players who have added a greater dimension in our attacking play, but? I feel jose would want us more compact against city, but Mkh or rashford must start the next game

His grace with the ball allows him to so easily weave through players its really a joy to watch. Cant wait to see him when he starts and especially when we arent playing against a bus.
He should be playing instead of Rooney. We would have been winning the game at half time had that been the case.
I didn't realise he was that quick, especially with the ball his dribbling has to be on par with Martial's as the best in our squad. Very good cameo again, really hoping he starts against City now.

Looked incredible when he came on. Has surely played his way into the first 11 for the derby. Mata and Rooney were distinctly average today.
He was the game changer today I think - his time on the pitch seemed to change the focus of the team, and set things up perfectly for Rashford to come and do what he did. Can't wait to see more from him.
