Think his tyres were shot in the end, same thing happen to Kimi. Seb was never going to win this after the undercut from Merc and SC so he's probably just glad he has finished with some points.
Of course, he was never gonna win it in the end, but should have still finished ahead of Hamilton.

Max being an idiot as usual. But happy for Riccardo. A fantastic driver and seems like a good bloke too.

His tyres were damaged in the collision though.
Yeah true.

It feels like they have to do something about Verstappen. He's not learning from his mistakes and he's been in F1 for long enough now to have gained maturity. Possibly a ban / black flag at some stage may do him some good in the long term.

Bottas is right the SC fecked it up for them , or should I say Toto fecked it up by not calling them in.
Both Seb and Bottas had just gone past the pit lane when the SC was called. With the Red Bulls pitting, maybe they weren't sure they would be able to get back ahead of Kimi and Hamilton and perhaps thought they were the real danger.

Yeah I thought about that, the SC happened just at the wrong time for them and just right for Red Bull.
Still think he should have taken that chance.

He already has done.
What'd Horner say? No way can he defend Max there. He really seems to have gone off the rails and does not adhere to basic common sense or respect while racing, which is a shame as he is potentially a multi-championship winning driver.

He said Max is young and all that Horner usual lip service. Max is cracking driver if he gets his head twisting. He is just not gonna mature soon enough, not having any sign of it.

In hindsight, yes they should have. Both Ferrari and Merc had a mare with strategy calls at critical junctures of the race. Ferrari basically screwed themselves over when their pace was actually brilliant.

Any idea if they had brought some updates to China because this is traditionally a Merc track.

he did admit he made a mistake , but then said he is exciting to watch and is young, he has a point, but Max has caused so many incidents.

He needs a heavy fine and Red Bull should be penalised too for indulging in him.

Really crazy that F1 is trying their best to make the sport safe, while they’re allowing an idiot to go around hitting people in races without any problem.

2 already out of three races. Cannot defend that with the young and learning all the time.

fecking Verstappen! I just knew he was going to take someone out today. Guy needs to get to grip.

When I saw him behind Vettel I was sitting with crossed fingers. Dickhead was well put by Hamilton.

At least this seasons is going to be a cracker. All 3 teams are close to each other. Strategies will be key and Ferrari fecked up today.

Whats up with the amount of sparks coming out from the cars. Never seen something like this in earlier years.

In that case, this year will be really close as Ferrari are closer or just ahead of Merc at thus point in terms of sheer pace.

Ferrari really fecked up though, they really should have Vettel come in for a fresh set of tyres instead of having him lasting the last few laps where he was barely keeping pace.

Poor race strategy from Ferrari, that ultimately cost Seb Vettel when they left him out on old tires for to another lap. That said, yet again another race has been ballsed up by that moron Max Verstappen who is far to aggressive and is never punished enough. It’s about time he gets a serious punishment before not he seriously hurts somebody with his recklessness. Well done to Dan, one of the good guys on the circuit but he knows he has stolen this one which seems to be the case for all of his wins, not that he will care! Another bad day for Lewis which I’m enjoying, looks like it was all the car last few seasons right...

Did it on a purpose. Seb left him all the space he wanted and he still managed to hit him.
