Don't think so. He should've waited to pass Bottas instead of gambling at the first go. He was very Unlucky with the safety car coming after the two redbulls crashed but this race was still his to be won and he threw it away. However there's no doubt he is favorite this year and his speed is definitely there. Over the full year I think that speed will make the difference.

I think Lewis was dignified. He knew he didn't deserve to win. A little bit of a difference to some drivers who celebrate like mad when they get lucky.

And we’d have had a similar situation like we did in Bahrain where we all saw just how shy Bottas is at catching and then actually overtaking the leader in the closing stages.
