Wolves got lucky with the goal but got rewarded for being brave
They played some nice stuff and haven't just been sat for the full 90

Sure they been pushed back a few periods but not been rushed or just hoofing away

Crisis at City, Guardiola playing outdated style, he'll be gone by Christmas.

One of the clearest penalties in the history of the Premier League, referee has a perfect view.... after a clear handball three minutes earlier.. well, I reckon VAR will be mentioned after the game. Just terrible refereering and devastating to one of the teams, which could have been us on another day

Moutinho is still so good. He had a tough few years from 2013 to 2016 but I’m glad to see him back.

Neves has a lot of potential but as of now there should be no doubt who the best midfielder is

To be honest, I don't think its intentional handball (just misjudged the flight of the ball). So in the letter of the law, that goal probably should stand.
yep.

silly rule really. if you gain clear benefit from handling it, it should always be whistled. But that is not the rule. legit goal.

Yup they'd play as well with championship players, Pep only bought expensive players out of duty
Obviously the quality wouldnt be there, but that doesnt mean they couldnt implement the same tactics.

Look at Swansea a few years ago. Didnt have the quality of player City have, but played a similar style.

My question to your point is, would Mourinho be playing like this with City if he had the same players?

City losing just makes me more worried about Pool picking up points than us catching them. How times change

I’m more looking forward to Pep’s comments than our own game if it stays like this

If you're going to defend deep against this City side, that's exactly how you need to counter. Exploit them through wide areas.

Wolves aren't a bad side really. They will do well for a midtable finish this year IMO.

No, he would probably be playing like his Madrid team did though.
