Changed the game when he came on, he's clearly a lot better than our other midfielders, was nice to see him work well with Bruno too.

I thought Pogba was excellent today in his 30 Minute cameo. Looked sharp, motivated and in tune with the rest of the team. Hope OGS finds a way to start him and Bruno in all our remaining fixtures, as we have so many attacking options with those two plus any front 3.

Aside from Leicester all remaining teams will sit back and demand that we open them up, so we’ll need as much creativity as possible. Get a 2-0 lead and then rest either if needed.

The hope has to be that he inspires us into CL, we sign Sancho and that convinces him to stay to make a real challenge for CL nest year. That’s what I’d like. Highly unlikely anyone can afford to buy him so hopefully that concentrates his mind.

Nice to see him dribble, he's a better technical dribbler than almost all our other players, he's wasted having to defend deep and dribble near our box.

Always said he should be played as an AM or at a stretch a wide forward. Yeah he can pick a pass but it's more useful near the final third. He had some beautiful dribbles for France against England out on the RW.

One of our best players today.

Has he bulked up during the break? He looked bigger than I remember.

He’s so fecking good when he wants to be isn’t he. I remember saying we should get shot if he doesn’t really want to be here but feck me if we can get him fully committed to the club going forward we’ll be set his talent is undeniable. Him and Bruno linking up is pure sex.

He was head & shoulders above our other midfielders when he came on. If he was fit enough to start, there's no way we don't win that match today. Simple as that.

That pass to Rashford on the half volley was just ridiculous technique also.

I'll be free from 5 to 7 tomorrow if anyone that doesnt believe Pogba is our best player wants to throw some fists.
They’ll be in hiding I’d imagine . Or posting the sun newspaper links with Madrid or something .

People should have known after doing the same vs Watford last time he was out.
How can people expect our best player to have to 'earn' his place? It's a joke.

Surprised that people are surprised he’s really good. I do understand why we didn’t start him, hopefully he starts the next game, really no excuse not to. He is a truly brilliant player when he wants to be, in my opinion the most enjoyable post Fergie player to watch.

I'm with you on that, he's definitely been the most enjoyable player to watch for me. He's just majestic. His play has been some of the only enjoyable moments through countless matches. Thank goodness we've had him during these dark years.

Pure quality, should start the next game.

I can understand the decision to bench him as he hasn't started a game since September.

The trouble is the best partner for him is Matic, meaning we'll have to drop McT and Fred. Good problem to have, though.

Did in a short time better than every player on the field, far and away the best player on this team.

Sparked us up when he came on, added the passing quality from deeper that we'd been lacking and then went wider when Spurs tried to flood midfield.

Worryingly looked gassed after 5 minutes on the pitch. Nice dive to win us a point, don't really see the point of him not starting games if he's fit and can play.

Listening to OGS post match, it certainly doesn’t sound like he’s around to stay. Either that or he’s trying to play down his praises to keep him on his toes.
He labelled him as one of the best players in the world. As far as praise goes, I'd say that's pretty much the best you can get.

People are surprised that Pogba is good? Funny how the media character assassination did such a good job to make people forget this

Not many mention that gold tackle to retrieve the ball as soon as he got on the pitch
This is the Pogba we want to see. His fanboys are taking today as a reason to gloat but I actually think it proves his critics (not haters) right: he can offer much more than what he did so far.
Still in time to become a club legend.

You don't need to precise you're not a hater  He can only offer as much as the player he's surrounded with, it's important that his critics and haters alike understand that.

I get not starting him if he is trying to get his match fitness back. But to suggest we are better without him is a joke. He's just world class and now i think he has the platform to actually show it.

That pass to rashford was so good to watch, and that dance around dier, so unnatural for someone his size.

More or Brogba please.

He’s a class player, the narrative around him needs to change so that the focus is on the good things he does is all. Other players can do little for the first 30 minutes and get lauded at half time, give the ball away four times in a row in the second half playing passes that weren’t on, but spark to life when another player comes onto the pitch, and the narrative is brilliant game....and you wonder why Pogba isn’t afforded the same. With Pogba it’s about the times he loses the ball or the times he’s quiet, or perhaps the Spurs goal, where was the midfield? Because with one touch on halfway Bergwein is running at the heart of our defence.

Change the narrative and he’s a fantastic player, and for what it’s worth yes I am talking about Bruno and don’t bother coming back with how great Bruno is because I totally agree. I’ve no problem with him being quiet in the first 30 mins or losing the ball four times in a row or sparking to life when Pogba came on....he’s a joy to watch, it’s simply very rare for any player to totally dominate a game for 90 mins, never lose the ball, attack defend and dominate a midfield. It’s easier though when you’ve got better players around you.

Absolutely outstanding second half, changed the game completely when he came on. Can't really play a lot better from midfield - touches, dribbling, passes, attitude, hassling. When Pogba plays like that, it's as good as any midfielder in the world. The problem is he teases us with that every so often, but hasn't been able do it over 10 games.

Credit is where credit's due. The best player on the pitch by far and it really sparked our pressure on Spurs. I imagine if that Martial shot got in we would have wrapped the game up

He is a proper Manchester United midfielder. 95% pass accuracy while attempting difficult passes. Shows the class. Dribbling, strength.

We need some one as good/as close as possible in the defensive midfield role. Cannot have an 79% pass completion player there, even though he only makes simple passes, Mctominay.

Fernandes and Pogba are class. Almost embarrassing having Mctominay in there. It will be great having three midfielders who can actually pass.

Keane: "The reason we criticise him is because we believe he’s a talented boy. What we need from Paul is, we need to see this week in and week out, not just every few weeks. The key for any player - if you want to be regarded as a top player - is to be more consistent and he’s not been."
