I genuinely believe they put the safety car out more this season to excite the racing. That car was removed quickly and surely could've been done under VSC as it was off the racing line/normal crash.

They 100% are and I hate it. Especially when it's this cold.
not sure this safety car was needed, Norris's car already near a crane, could have removed it under yellow flags.

Why the feck was the safety car even necessary? Virtual safety car would easily have been enough.
well we got what we wanted, the SC has made it worth watching.
