Be calm. If every city comes out with similar results, we're good.

that's potentially horrific for REMAIN compared to the 'Expert View' - their predictions

Experts have nothing to compare these results to, it's a unique scenario but...

I don't like it, at all :(

Quick, someone post something bullish to boost spirits
It's still 3.4 to bet on 'leave' - if any of us actually believe what we say then there's a killing to be made. Clearly, the majority of 'money' doesn't.

Hold on, why are old people brexit?

My family aren't? They were around when it was formed

For all we know some other town is going to surprise us with a remain vote over a leave vote. Chill for feck sake.
Yup, the reason there weren't any exit polls is because it's so hard to judge areas of support for this in terms of demography. Therefore judging it based on individual projections may not be overly reliable.

But still, I'd rather the expectations were being hit. Let's wait for London.

Can't believe half your country actually wants this.
Idiots that have been sold lies. Modern politics where social media misinformation is enough to get someone voting for something they don't even understand. It's truly depressing.

It's the old people that might be decisive when it's a decision that'll have much more of an impact on the younger people as they'll have to deal with the consequences. :wenger:

Older people are more xenophobic, more europhobic, more right-wing, and rely on the (cut) government more than the majority of society. They feel the effects of immigrants coming in and doing the majority of low paid jobs (i.e. in the care industries), and may not like that.
