I wanted him but I thought he'd be used as a bog standard defensive midfielder. Looks like he has everything out there great tackling. Great passing. Good support and an attacking instinct. Good half. Hope he keeps on and gers even better. Could be an absolutely inspiredsigning .

He's a joy to watch. If he keeps this up he will be seen as the bargain of this transfer window.
He's been fantastic. My Chelsea was gutted we got him but said he has no right foot and prone to the occasional brainfart.

He seems to be everywhere he is required, so calm on the ball, makes perfectly weighted short passes and is able to cut the opposition in half going forward. He is enabling us to boss the middle of the park.
DM's seem to reach full potential in late 20s and maintain til mid 30s so hopefully we get 4 or 5 years of top level defensive screening from him.
