DRS makes the racing feel fake enough as it is without adding in a reverse grid. I don't think I'd be a fan

Could enforce 2 stops by requiring all 3 compounds to be used and potentially sliding all 5 current compounds softer. So basically change the current hardest compound to softer than the current softest.Don't know about reverse grids myself but there's surely simpler things could be done to improve the racing, mainly making changes so they can drive these cutting edge machines to their limits and not be constantly saving tyres/engine
What about mandatory two stops, in most instances should allow the teams not to have to overly worry about nursing wear to ensure you can make a one stop work
Things like Bottas not being able to follow cars at Monza due to over heating. The radiators are minimal to save weight, balance whatever, well enforce in the rules that they have to have more sufficent cooling. I mean I'm no mechanic but they place so many restrictions on aero areas, size limits for parts, surely it would be easy enough to work something into the the rules for that too
Imagine there's other changes that could be pruposed
I think it would be interesting for red bull and Mercedes working there way up the field. A couple of full races as a trial would be great to watch.
I like DRS for the slower cars just to keep within distance up until the corner but then you have Mercedes that would just pull away in the turns again.DRS makes the racing feel fake enough as it is without adding in a reverse grid. I don't think I'd be a fan

Red Bull could do worse than get Checo for their 2nd car. They won’t, but the should consider him.Haas and Alfa will want checo.
Haas and Alfa will want checo.
Alfa will more than likely take two from Raikonnen/Hulkenburg/Schumacher/Shwartzman. Perez suits Haas more, mainly due to the sponsorship opportunity in North & South America.Rumour has it that there is a clause in Perez's contract which will help an easier exit. I could see him going to Haas next season and replacing Grosjean.
To the surprise of no one I guess. I love his little jabs at RP though in his statements. Subtle, but obvious.Sergio Perez has announced he will leave Racing Point after seven seasons at the end of the current 2020 campaign.
The news, first confirmed by the Mexican himself on Twitter, appears set to signify that four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel will take his place next to Lance Stroll next season after weeks of speculation.
Not a shock you are right, Seb was always getting a drive next season. To the surprise of no one I guess. I love his little jabs at RP though in his statements. Subtle, but obvious.
Meanwhile, Hamilton just cant keep his mouth closed again:

I feel like that’s one of the strongest driver line ups throughout the grid I’ve seen in a long time. All the top teams have a good race winner and there’s plenty of talent in Norris, Albon, Sainz, and Ocon. Add Gasly, Schumacher, Russell, Hulk, and Perez that’s a strong back of the grid. There‘s so much to look forward to if they get the new rules right.Red bull will stick with Albon going into next year in my opinion. See the grid being like this
Merc - Hamilton, Bottas
Ferrari - Leclerc, Sainz
Red Bull - Max, Albon
Mclaren - Norris, Ricciardo
Alpine - Alonso, Ocon
Aston Martin - Vettel, Stroll
Alpha Tauri - Gasly, Tsunoda
Alfa Romeo - Shumacher, Perez
Haas - Magnasson, Hulkenburg
Williams - Russell, Latifi
Ballast would be a much simpler way of doing it. Award points for qualifying but add weight the further up you are, something like 5kg for every 0.1 seconds.Don't know about reverse grids myself but there's surely simpler things could be done to improve the racing, mainly making changes so they can drive these cutting edge machines to their limits and not be constantly saving tyres/engine

GPFans is like the Daily Mail of F1, the context of the comment was asked in the interview pen on Sunday about Hamilton's thoughts on Gasly. He's not gone out of his way to create a story on Gasly.Meanwhile, Hamilton just cant keep his mouth closed again:

Good to know but similarly I saw a quote from Marko who called him out for being a hypocrite basically for saying that after Hamilton was the one to press Horner to replace Gassley with Albon. 4D chess by Hamilton I guess.GPFans is like the Daily Mail of F1, the context of the comment was asked in the interview pen on Sunday about Hamilton's thoughts on Gasly. nobody likes serial winnersF1 worst kept secret, glad he is staying in F1, I never used to be a big fan of him, the Finger used to give me the hump ! but I have mellowed to him.
When he was on Top Gear, he was very good, that's when I started to change my mind about him.nobody likes serial winners
It's the same why people dislike Hamilton and Schumacher.
Vettel has always had a great personality though to be fair, I remember him on Top Gear and he suits he English humour very well.
I have a feeling that Gasly could move this summer. If Ocon has a poor second half of the season, Gasly to Renault makes a lot of sense, because I agree that RB will stick with Albon which could mean a dead end for him in the RB programme.Red bull will stick with Albon going into next year in my opinion. Totally agree, the finger was so annoying. But, he is one of my favourite drivers now.F1 worst kept secret, glad he is staying in F1, I never used to be a big fan of him, the Finger used to give me the hump ! but I have mellowed to him.
Maybe, though still feels a bit artificial which I don't personally feel is what f1 should be aboutBallast would be a much simpler way of doing it. Award points for qualifying but add weight the further up you are, something like 5kg for every 0.1 seconds.
For his final performance and to complete him pissing on Ferrari he ll probably forever go down as the winner of Ferrari's anniversary race.Great to see Vettel remaining in F1, still has a lot to offer and interesting to see how the dynamic of a new team around him impacts his performance.
His dad owns the team, don't think anybody would be questioning where he drives next year. How is Lance Stroll not confirmed yet for Aston Martin next year?
I really enjoyed him on Top Gear, id be interested to see him do more TV work- presenting maybe?nobody likes serial winners

I think it's a case that once you're out - you're out in this sport. Rarely do people go away and come back unless you're somebody as big as Alonso or Schumacher.I really enjoyed him on Top Gear, id be interested to see him do more TV work- presenting maybe?
Im surprised he is staying in F1 he's seemed very downtrodden this season though im not surprised with that car. Even last season things were hard for him, id possibly even wonder if he's lost his confidence, at that level however slight it would affect him. He's also been racing for a long time.
I thought he'd possibly have a bit of time out or even retire. It's a shame seeing him limping round at the back. Do we think he will be their number one driver or will daddy's boy be? Vetted should but surely Daddy Stroll won't demote Lance?
Was inevitable given Bottas was fastest in FP1, FP2 and FP3. Only seems to be one overtaking spot (into turn 1) so if Bottas can't get past at the start then I don't think it will be a thrilling race unless something extraordinary happens like last week.95th pole then.
Couldn’t be more uninspiring. A total bore. At least Rosberg had some bite.Unlucky for Bottas, shame he could not put in a hot lap.
