This must be a record for the number of disgruntled players we've had after a manager has left. Mourinho was a difficult personality but even he didn't seem to rub as many players the wrong way.

It was clear as day with both Rashford and Martial that they were impacted by playing with injuries. It was also clear his squad management was terrible so I don't think it's a case of players throwing him under the bus, its just the harsh truth.

He was an awful awful manager and set this club back a few years.

When a player plays injured for you, the least you can do is go to bat for him. You understand why LVG wouldn't even play anyone with a slight injury. It causes so many problems.
Martial aggravated his injury, deservedly dropped and never seen again. From his own point of view Ole has left him out to dry and you can understand it. I think most people would feel the same in his position. He also played Rashford for months injured...all for short term gain. Where did that leave Ole in the long term?
