I'm sure we do cringeworthy promotional stuff like this. But this is particularly bad.
United's marketing dept maybe overly commercialised as they stretch the outer limits. But they are strategic and at least targeting and reaching out to a certain segment/demographic.

Youtube celebrity has gone well past jumping the shark
Na, its for a fan league.
They trialed over 100 players to get a squad together, and then drew our lot, FullTime Devils.
The united lot just got a bunch of their mates together on the morning, including some bloke who must have been 6 foot 6 or more as striker, and beat robbies lot 2-1, knocking them out the cup first game played.
I suspect that is what is still rankling DT and wh he is having a go at howson, who was team manager for the fulltimedevils.
I watched the highlights of that on YouTube. DT was an absolute idiot throughout, calling for imaginary offsides and handballs at every opportunity.
Robbie has managed AFTV for two games and lost both of them...Robbie Out banners coming perhaps?
Don't take what's on Twitter too seriously. He's never gonna feckin fight me is he, but there's some background to it. Last season he got on Twitter and said I shat it from him, that he got in mine and my mate's face - one of the 6"6 guys that's on our game. Didn't happen. Then after his absolute meltdown over this bit of fun match he's tried making it personal - going for me again with this £500 rematch for charity. So 40 people need to be inconvenienced to replay a game we already did for this man-child? Nah - so I said let's just throw down. His response was exactly what I thought it'd be.

Both aftv and ftd take themselves too seriously. Dt's a fake hardman who I have no time for and if it were down to me I'd have told him to jog on after he parroted his abusive agenda to gain a following. Ditto with that troopz. But don't act like ftd haven't had attention seekers either. There was a fellow named Maz IIRC during the Moyes era who spouted the most vitriolic shite at the time.
And one thing i've noticed is only people from ftd aim digs at the other channel. It's not dt's channel, it's Robbie's. A lot of work has been put in their over the years. The rants get viral but they do much more than that. But why would a Utd fan or Spurs fan watch that.
A lot of their content is not sought after by non AFC fans. I've been the first to criticise Robbie for how he has dealt with some things in the past but at least I also respect what he's built from scratch, not from corporate production companies funding it all. Ditto with the scouse lot who actually come across the most sound blokes of the lot.

What does a guy who was on during Moyes era have to do with the channel now? 3 years ago? I never saw the guy. Let alone met him or spoke to him

I was wondering the same thing. It sounds like him.
I mention him because the channel started then and having loud, controversial people like him helped get it off the ground (i take it you didn't join then but most people then are still there - at least last time I checked)
There's also Andy Tate who I actually like and think is sound but he went viral and that boosted FTD.
Maybe with hindsight you don't want to have that route again which is fair. The redmen tv once went viral for wrong reasons but they put their hands up, apologised and never repeated it again. You lot just act sanctimonious which is why I rarely watch anymore.
How can you say how we act if you don't watch?
I was a sub up until this year. And sometimes you see clips and tweets on here. I just don't go out of my way to seek them anymore.
That's exactly my point about aftv by the way - I rarely watch their content. A few fan cams after a loss is a drop in the ocean yet people will have you think that's all he does.
