Martial, Rashford, Fosu, and Romelu are all in their early twenties. It's not like we have old tested vets throughout the team. If want to compete in CL this year, and go for PL next year we need world class players.
He was the main reason United won the league in 2013 - which made his transfer worth it alone. If Sanchez can contribute to a PL or CL in the next three years then it doesn’t matter if he goes to shit after that.

There are no trophies for winning a transfer saga, but if we do manage to sign Sanchez he'll improve our first team straight away.
