The engine regs were a mistake, due to the massive cost and complexity involved, but Ferrari can't blame anyone other themselves for the poor showing they've put on under these regulations.
Ferrari also fired a few people who're now working at Mercedes.

Hamilton, and other drivers, will have to complete pretty quick out-laps to get round in time to post final laps.

"OK Lewis, we still have time for an out-lap," Mercedes tell Hamilton.

He will, however, surely have to head out on a new set of tyres.

Mercedes haven't sent Lewis, back of the queue, he could be in trouble.

Albon should be nowhere near that seat next season, he's so far off. He will probably slice through to 5th tomorrow and commentators will rave, he's nowhere.

Max is brilliant, nobody is denying that but 1.2 seconds off. That's just not good enough at this level.

Albon, nice lad, average driver. Much better racer than qualifier but should be nowhere near a top team yet.

Gasly looked even worse than Albon in the Red Bull and hit his stride the second he returned to Toro Rosso. I just think the way the Red Bull is set up for Max (imo the best driver in F1) makes it fecking hard for a mere mortal to drive the second car. Bottas has a different situation, he is totally outclassed by Lewis but they always say the Merc is a dream to drive.

Id love to see Max v Lewis in genuinely competitive cars
