RED FLAG , not shocked, shocking conditions, the joys of F1 in Europe in November.
The thing is they could race in this but the new asphalt has completely done them in, it’s really bad planning from the organisers

blue sky there maybe, even with no rain, the track is very wet, does not look like it is draining fast.
The frustrating thing is they will wait for the track to be much better and nullify the good work done by the Top 15 before the red flag, then they'll be a mad rush and the last lap will be quickest.

Stroll is always quick in the wet which does not really tally with his public perception.

It's a real pity as this is such a fantastic track. Was really looking forward to them really hammering it around turn 8. Who knows when we will be back here.

Should be out there now, of course it’s low grip that isn’t a shock for anyone now is it. Drive to the conditions

They will do all this, finish Q1 and then it will rain again and that’s that, the window to race is right now!

Any chance this gets going again? It looks really dark too.. might need to get some headlights fitted on these F1 cars

Can see why they Red Flagged the session but that was so entertaining, Let them drive. A strange grid layout for a wet race will be fantastic tomorrow.

Lewis might’ve gone out in Q1 then if it wasn’t for those double yellows

Mercs not liking this.
Like most can’t turn the tyres on, haven’t all weekend wet or dry. Really does look like a free run for Red Bill this weekend and Hamilton a great chance of being crowned champion

Red Bull excelling in the conditions, when Albon is 2nd you know it’s doing well.

Max looks unbeatable

The usual theory is that rain separates the most talented drivers but all the teams that made it through to Q3 have both drivers in there. Still very special from Max.

Yeah, the RB definitely working the best. But he was still waaaay faster than anyone else. Impressive.
