She couldn't even sack Patel. There is no way Paul Dacre will let her sack a Brexiteer like Boris.
She should kick him out of the party. She's not going to be their PM candidate the next election anyway so it's not like she needs goodwill from the party.
Is he popular with local populace there? I mean supporting Trump, Iran plus boatloads of foreign affairs gaffes, lying for Brexit. What makes him an important figure?

The conservative party membership average age is above 70 and they seem to have a penchant for people who act like Britain is still an empire. And as Dobba alluded, he's a favourite of right wing media outlets because he's more than happy to back up their horseshit.

Lots of members of Parliament are "friends of Israel" (not a euphamism - google it)and take some nice cash from them. Israel knows it is as popular as a fart in a space suit and has been offering such "holidays" and opportunities for "speaking tours" for years.

I'm saying this as a cynic rather than a tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorist about Global Zionist conspiracy stuff! It's just pragmatic lobbying to try and get some people to NOT criticise the actions of the Israeli government which has increasingly been led by thugs and extremists.
So why is she trying to give Israel money if they are so desperate to befriend her?

A 62-YEAR-OLD man with terminal leukaemia, who was wrongly denied benefits supposed to ease the extra financial burden of living with serious illness and disability, finally had the decision overturned at a tribunal – the month after he had died.
In another case, a 28-year-old woman with a spinal tumour had to be taken to her benefit tribunal by paramedics in an ambulance. Proceedings were immediately halted while the horrified tribunal judge went to tell Kirsty Garnett, outside, that her case was successful.
In a third case, Walker, an advice worker for Unite Community, himself witnessed a Crapita health check of a man with stage four lung cancer, and was alarmed by the assessor’s subsequent report. He told the Eye that he had seen the man having to use his bottled oxygen repeatedly – yet the assessor reported “no signs of breathlessness”. The report also said there was no need for a review for another two years – despite the man’s prognosis giving him just months to live.

The cruelty of PIP. This is what you get when you vote for sociopaths without an ounce of empathy between them.

She was just working for her masters who got her to the post of being a minister. She has grand illusions of power and has made friends at the highest echelons of power. Unfortunately, Priti will be back.

Sorry. I know this is old. Some of you probably saw it before. Some of you probably think it's in bad taste. On the other hand...
...some, like me, might

I'm still convinced Rees-Mogg isn't a real person and is just the comical caricature of a guy from Carlisle who's taking the piss.

Consistently said he was overrated as this Machiavellian figure who was putting on an act to work his way to the top. Of course, that is partly what he's doing in that it's his end goal and he comes across as a bit of a sociopath, but he's a fairly stupid man pretending to be an incredibly stupid man who thinks he's a lot more intelligent than he is in reality.

He was outmanoeuvred by Michael Gove. You have to be a special kind of loser for that to happen.

So... Pretty much everyone recognises we have a housing crisis - particularly in post-Grenfell London. So plans are afoot to demolish this...

...and replace it with new housing now being advertised for sale in Hong Kong...

Makes sense?!
