He's not coming. In fact, I'm so confident of him not coming that I will donate 20 quid to the caf if he does

From there to get to 8th the next season end is amazing. Especially he brought in maybe 3-4 players at best, mainly because they didnt have funds. Koeman in reality took over a mid table club and they are still mid table. It obviously is a big deal that he did that even with the sales but southampton were reasonably attractive by then. They were nothing the previous season. That gives more credibility to poch frankly.

Why would he be approving transfers when he's not even at the club?
The LVG (16/17) + Giggs (17/18) if we get 4th, and Mourinhio (16/17 onwards) if we don't, makes absolutely no sense.
The club can't possibly think LVG is the right man for next season if we finish an epic 4th place two seasons in a row after the amount we've spent and playing the football we have. And even if it ties into the "Giggs is the next Pep" succession plan, then why even consider Mourinho who will be in charge for awhile and put his own imprint on the team, instead of just giving Giggs the job?

This is why the fecking match going fans need to make it clear they won't stand for LVG next season. They've been respectful this season and it's going to bite us in the ass. The board thinks all is good with LVG and the fans are content with the little bits of joy Rashford and Martial have created. This is not a good look for us. We are not a 4th place club.

The match going fans need to support the team, as supportive fans will actually aid us in achieving 4th place which is the aim now. That has nothing to do with the board's decision-making. The fans in the stadium behaving like spoilt pricks making the atmosphere tense will achieve nothing but hurt the team's morale.

It's official, I don't us to get top 4 or win the FA Cup even so I don't mind losing a few games. It seems that's the only way to ensure LVG won't be here next summer, or at least gives the best chance. I'd much rather skip 1 season of CL football to ensure we have a much better chance for success in the long run. It's disgusting that it's come to this but that's what happens when Woodward is just spineless.
