Anyone else think, like me, that we will get a solid conclusion by tomorrow?
Might be optimistic, but I think there will be confirmation by Friday evening (not him holding the shirt, but agreement from all reliable sources that it's done).

Safe to be optimistic? I've been optimistic since the end of June mate. This is done. This Madrid talk is bullshit because they want us to hurry up and close the deal. You can rejoice my friend.
I feel suitably soothed and ready to feel the full embrace of the Muppet God. Thank you for guiding me along the righteous path.

The fact he's deleted that tweet is a great sign... Someone told him to pretty soon after...
Probably didn't want his feed to get bombarded, Griezmann's brother or not looks like it's just a united fan that jumped the gun.....no story here :boring:

Thats like saying why I should pay my realtor who helped me find this house no commission fees? Because thats how agents make their money plus I dont think we paid three separate times for the transfers. So this could be his cut for all three deals put together.
Is it really though... My point is that 20m is an absurd amount.

He was pictured at Carrington though? Surely he did it here?
Pogba is due back in Europe this week if reports are to be believed. I can see him stopping by to do a medical before his official holiday is over August 6th... just like Zlatan came to do his own medical and then went off to a beach to do scissor kicks

Does that mean we are still in the hunt for another defender ?
I believe it does yes, coupled with Josè's comments about Bailly not being ready yet. Varane would have been great, a lot of experience for a young player and has worked with Mourinho before. Could see us up the bidding for Stones again so.

I think the really big news here is that Griezmann's brother is a United fan. Can he not put a good word in for us with his bro?
He's always been tweeting about United and United transfers, I remember it last season at least. I'm sure even if he did put a good word in there'd still be bloody no chance ha!

This is a done deal. I wonder who we will sign next? Reckon one more defender will come in. Was saying all along 'Pogba was on'. Most amazing transfer window, ever!

Told you boys this was on. He was in Manchaster last summer. He talked about how much he missed it here. He loves it here.

Go suck that big Pogba sized dick, Juventus
Don't say stuff like that. This is a family forum.

My nine year old daughter read that. She asked me what a 'big Pogba sized dick' was. What could I say? I had to improvise:

"Remember that thing you asked about when you saw Daddy in the shower?'

"Yes'

"It's half that size"

Meh, i just hope we don't become the next Leeds. Not really in to this transfer. If it fails (i hope not) Jose will be off soon as well. A lot of things on the line. United now have to win the premier league right away which puts Pogba, Jose and Zlatan under pressure due to their personalities.

Didn't realise you were a a part of the board, knowing what their expectations are. Also, Leeds? Really? We are the most likely the biggest sports based franchise on the planet and would make most of Pogba's money back from marketability etc. anyway.

I've seen some silly stuff on here but this has to be right up there.

They are winner, they want to win. They get used to it for this kind of pressure.

You need to check out our forum to get some perspective on how Madrid fans feel about this because you lot just look at things from your perspective and don't care about the rest. You only see what you want to see.
There's more people there against us signing Pogba and not because of the money.

You see, it's hard to find balance when you have Perez playing football manager every summer, so managers always have to stick square pegs into round holes. Last season after Zidane introduced Casemiro into the starting 11 we finally found it! We found the balance that we crave for and we should have signed Krychowiak or Kante to have complete balance in our squad, to have someone good to compete with Casemiro. Pogba was never going to give us that and as long as Modric and Kroos are here, he's simply not needed.

Like I said, completely different priorities (we need balance in the squad, you need a midfield and a galactico signing). If you don't understand this, then I'll just stop and we'll agree to disagree.
me no understand big um words
