Was it in response to the question "Should SA want to leave, will he be allowed? "From Guardiola's press conference:
Seems like an odd statement. Almost implies Aguero himself is considering his future.

BBC has this, makes a bit more sense. From Guardiola's press conference:

Sergio is welcome to Old Trafford. I would carry him on my back, to Carrington. In fact I would personally pay for his hotel and be his waiter, much like the waiter Cassano had in Madrid. Whenever he is satisfying his carnal desires I would pop up to the room at 5 min intervals with bottles of water and be like "y'all good". then when he is done, I would hand him a pastry while escorting his mistress out from the hotel back door. No questions asked. I would also wear a "vote for Sergio" T-shirt EVERY day at work.A lot in the papers about Kun and Kompany.
Pep with a complete overhaul?
Pretty much.Think we should treat this with the same reaction we give stories about our own players. Its media gossip
We definitely should have not let city get to aguero, Silvia and KDB, but that's a topic for another threadWe should have signed Aguero back in the day ahead of city. He's a United type player through and through. Big missed opportunity back when Fergie was keeping the purse strings tightened
You don't think he'd go to Real instead? If Aguero leaves, he'll go back to Atletico.
Transfer ban and Aguero seems close to Atletico from stuff I read/saw last season though can't remember what it was now.You don't think he'd go to Real instead?
Deffo..one of many targets missed when Fergie caught WengertosisWe should have signed Aguero back in the day ahead of city. He's a United type player through and through. Big missed opportunity back when Fergie was keeping the purse strings tightened
Can't see it. Alot of Atleti fans still dislike him. Think it's more likely he will go back to Argentina. If Aguero leaves, he'll go back to Atletico.
Don't atleti have a ban too?Transfer ban and Aguero seems close to Atletico from stuff I read/saw last season though can't remember what it was now.
Ah yeah, forgot about that.Don't atleti have a ban too?
We refused to sell them Rooney. They went and signed Aguero. We should have signed Aguero back in the day ahead of city. He's a United type player through and through. Big missed opportunity back when Fergie was keeping the purse strings tightened
If you read my post, that is exactly what I saidNo thanks,He's a great player but he seems to get injured too much.
Why not both to United?Aguero to Atleti
Greizmann to United
It is probably not hip and inventive enough for Pep to play Aguero as a #9. He would much rather have De Bruyne as a tipped over semi inverted and slightly left leaning false #9.
Isn't Pep supposed to be long term for City?Should Aguero be sold, don't think he'll have a lot of options where Pep wouldn't mind selling him to. Pep won't be selling to any PL club, RM and Atleti have transfer bans, Barca already have a lethal front 3. Juve just signed Higuain for 75m, Bayern have Lewandowski. PSG seems to be the only club that can afford him and Pep may sell him to.
Also, consdering Pep decides to stay at a cub for only 3 years, is it really wise selling among the finest strikers in the world and replace him with someone who is an inexperienced poacher (Ihaenacho) or aplayer who relies only on speed(Auba)
Yes but your post also said Utd should attempt to sign him so which is it ?.If you read my post, that is exactly what I said
If somebody would have asked me which player of Agüero, de Bruyne and Silva he will bench for the Barcelona match I would have said Agüero - it was not at all surprising if you know Pep and his away matches. No way he is changing that especially in a match against Barcelona...Guardiola used his usual cautious, midfield focused approach gain tough opponents, it didn't work. That's all there is to it, I see no reason why this would be an indication that he's dropping Agüero for good. Mucho ado about nada.
He did not say: I absolutely love Kun. He is a top, top, top player and I would love to have 1000 Agueros???You guys should try watching Peps press conference instead of believing the shite coming from our wonderful media.
Pep made it crystal clear that Kun is absolutely in his plans.
The stories started to come out before he was dropped at the Camp Nou so there could be something in this I recon.Think we should treat this with the same reaction we give stories about our own players. Its media gossip
Used to beat his wife up, imagine what a thousand of them cnuts do.If somebody would have asked me which player of Agüero, de Bruyne and Silva he will bench for the Barcelona match I would have said Agüero - it was not at all surprising if you know Pep and his away matches. Don't think he'd be staying for too long. If he didn't stay at Bayern or Barca then, why would he stay at City!Isn't Pep supposed to be long term for City?
Beat up 1000 wives?Used to beat his wife up, imagine what a thousand of them cnuts do.
Well get your popcorn out, because I can confirm he isn't starting today!Maybe Pep's seen signs of an inevitable and rapidly approaching decline in Aguero's abilities...?
He is frequently injured, after all.
If he doesn't start today - it's popcorn time, lads.
It's obviously tactical but it doesn't change the fact that Aguero is deemed expendable in certain instances, which he's never had to deal with before. There's no reason to assume he'll accept that as an ongoing thing. Guardiola's completely right to drop him because Toure and Aguero, for all their quality, were a big part of why City have often struggled in the big games in Europe. I can't see Aguero fundamentally changing the way he plays to resolve that so he will have a decision to make about how he wants to spend the last few years of his peak.Find all this funny, its almost like any reason this forum can find to criticise Pep.
The reason is obviously tactical to get another body in midfield and press Barca before the ball reaches MSN. 6 man midfield. Personally I'd rather Kun played as I can't see us stopping Barca anyway.
He won't be there for more than three years.Isn't Pep supposed to be long term for City?
