Good signs. Hopefully he and Miki start next game.

One thing I didn't know about Martial was how good his balls over the top can be, already assisted with one this season and could've had another assist off one today.

Was happy to see him get into the box a few times and not just stay out wide. Need more of that from him especially when the ball is out wide on the right.

Thought Mourninho's comments on Martial were interesting and looks like he's trying to do the same thing he did with Mkhitaryan. He mentions how he's young and how different this season is compared to last, I think the key point was saying how he needs a little bit of time to improve (which is what he said Mkhitaryan had to do) which to me seems like Martial is being trained to fit into Mourinho's system as a winger. Glad to see he is talking about Martial in the media which to me shows that he wants him to stay and be a part of the team unlike Depay for example who barely gets a mention.

I'm not worried about Martial at all. We've seen what he's capable of, I'm sure he'll find his feet under Mourinho and will become one of our most valuable players again.

Looked as sharp as I've seen him this season for the short period he came on, hope he starts the next game. Really aggressive with the ball and very crisp with his touch.

Looks like he's got his dribbling technique back where he can beat a man even though he never looks like he has control of the ball, my favourite thing about him.

Start himself and Mkhitaryan next few games. Give him a real run and find form.

If he wants to go to Sevilla I don't think Jose will stop him tbh. Also speaks more about him that he'd rather go to a smaller club and get games on his own accord than step up to the plate and work harder here.

I don't think he'll leave us, but if he were to I'd be enraged if we let him go for anything less than what we bought him for.

What is it with agents piping up the moment their players are out of the team? Like Jose said recently, Martial is extremely young and will take time to adapt to the current set up, whereas last season the team was pretty much based around him being our main striker.

Extremely annoying, I'd hate to see him leave in any capacity. He will be a key player for us in time no doubt.

We'd be mental to let him go on loan now. It's not like we have an amazing option on the left keeping him out of the team.

The agent piping up isn't going to do him any favours. Jose won't bow to pressure like that. It's up to Martial to play his way back into the starting line-up.

If Sevilla could buy him, you'd have half of Europe queueing up as well, a complete non-starter. Agents are such a nuisance.

Won't make sense for him to leave. He has only Rooney and Lingard as competition ffs. Surely he has enough belief in himself to be able to perform better than them.

Will never leave, he'll get his head down and return to the first XI a much better player.

Keep a clean shit tomorrow, United is my final bus
I can't even begin to explain how insane it would be or how fecking pissed off i would be if we let him go. At least we are hearing that the club has no intention of doing so but that worries me, as Jose said they wouldn't stop a player leaving permanently, which might force Martial to request a transfer if he genuinely feels he needs playing time.

I love Martial but if he wants to jump ship all because he's been asked to work his way back into the line-up, he can feck off, players with that sort of a mentality never make it anyway.

No-one has a divine right to play, Martial is no exception.

Doesn't strike me as the type to jump ship when he's not getting his own way. Even his agent said after the debacle with his shirt number, that he loves the United fans and has no intention of leaving. Nothing story, we won't let him go on loan and definitely won't sell him after a very good debut season.

He will stay I'm sure of it. It's not like Di Maria where he never wanted to even be here. Martial had a fantastic season, but didn't quite live up to it this season so far. Surely his mindset wouldn't be to go somewhere else but instead stay and adapt. He already has the one good season under his belt, so he knows he can do it. Jose knows he can do it as well.

He's the best player on the left anyway, no one else is good enough to keep him out. Once he gets his chance, if he takes it then he will stay there

I wouldn't be surprised if he is unhappy. His treatment by Mourinho has been shocking in all honesty. Firstly, taking his shirt number away without consulting him after the tough summer he had would have further dented his confidence. Granted that he has not reached the levels of last season but Rashford and Rooney have performed worse on a consistent basis and have still kept their place in the team but it takes one bad game for him to be dropped out of the squad.

Perhaps Jose is trying the 'tough love' treatment which worked with the likes of Joe Cole when he was with Chelsea and recently with Mkhitaryan but not every one can respond to it as he has seen with De Bruyne and therefore should be more considerate of his situation.

Its a loan offer and might be worth considering, he's lacked confidence this season and his dribbling and finishing have suffered.

I don't think he'll be a United player in just over 13 months time. I think he'll leave in one of the next 3 transfer windows.

He seems to be making too much noise and creating too much drama. The sort of character Mourinho tends to not like.

"Shocking" to swap number 9 for his national team number 11... shocking I tell you.

Paid 150k+ /week and his number changed to a proper United legend first eleven number, disgusting.

And then, expecting top performances from him or order to keep his place in the team, something even demanded from the club captain.. how fecking dare Mourinho treat these millionaires so disgustingly?

Fwiw he's started the exact same amount of games as Rashford and just 3 less than the club captain.

What? Rooney and Rashford have both been reduced to a squad role and Martial has had many chances, he just hasn't been very good.

His agent needs to pipe down. Martial will be fine as long as he keep working.

Utter nonsense. He started the season as first choice and got dropped because he was out of form, as it should be and as it has been with Rooney and Rashford. Not sure what planet you're living on if you think Rooney and Rashford have kept their place this season. Martial has been treated the same as everyone else.

Was close to starting a thread called 'Martial's agent is a cnut'. The guy wants to play for United and all his agent is doing is repeatedly making his client look like a twat.

Been no drama coming from him since the stuff with his ex-girlfriend.

Your whole post is dreadful but the bolded part is nonsense of the highest order.
