Watched it with my Liverpool supporting dad.

Every second phrase he uttered was 'for fecks sake'.

I just sat there with a smirk on my face.
Your dad supports Liverpool and you support United? What kind of fecked up family is this? Worse than incest!

It's a fan base that is so insecure about themselves and their clubs achievements that they obsess about us.

I went to my first game when I was three, I'm 57 now and the only time I've seen United lift a trophy was in 68...unlike most of United's Liverpool obsessed fan base I'm not remotely interested in United apart from when we play them...completely inconsequential....like every other club that isn't Liverpool.

I think they see us and wish they had what we have as a support....green and gold scarves versus walk outs and internet terrorism...they achieved nothing, we...a community, a strong, able community.

Sad, insecure childish, bastards.
Simply incredible delusion.

I've been reading "Can't wait 'til we click" since, well, forever...

Mine is a Liverpool fan too.....was fun growing up though tbf. Started with him laughing as Liverpool were on top....then less so as SAF started to come good....then the 'we'll be back on top in no time'....then the excuses, the bent refs, the FA out to get them and whatnot...then resorting to revelling in other teams running us close or winning. Suddenly he's a Blackburn supporter, a Newcastle supporter, an Arsenal supporter.....never a dull moment thanks to Sir Alex :)

Was he not there as they were throwing shit at the wall trying to get Hicks and Gillette out?

Too busy wanking himself off over their latest "almost made the top four" league finish they had I would imagine.

how are we insecure about being a bigger, and more successful club? We've feasted on better players, better teams, the best manager

And he isn't remotely interested in Man United, bar spending time on football forums in Manchester United threads

Where's Jonno anyway? Been quiet since this season

He sadly passed away at the young age of 168. May he delude in peace.

from @SteveJ link the 7 inch tall Klopp figurine is my favourite

This LFC Klopp Bobblehead is a statue of our brilliant Manager Júrgen Klopp in this LFC hat and jacket with a bobbly head.

Their official clothing makes Slade seem like Jacob Rees-Mogg.

I often wonder if I dreamed the slip. It's simply too funny to have actually happened.
I feel the same....

literally you couldn't have written a better tragic/comedy that Stevie G urging his team mates this does not slip with YAWN being sung on all stands - then to slip and Demba Ba opened the door for City to win it .... the Suarez tears at Palace after bring 3 up - poetic

I know it's the 2017-18 edition but did they ever find out who "hacked" that Liverpool fan account on RAWK back when Hodgson was manager?

For those that don't know, a poster on there compared Hodgson's tenure to Hillsborough. The poster claimed he'd been hacked but not before his personal details were put in the public domain - by RAWK mods I think - to shame him. He got dog's abuse but then after saying he'd been hacked, despite there being no supporting evidence RAWK decided to blame this forum as it was the first rival forum that the post was copied on to (according to them).

Personally, I think it's bollocks and that they couldn't accept one of their own would make such a distasteful post but loads of their fans were posting disgusting stuff about Hodgson at the time. Now I'm not saying a rival fan wouldn't ever do such a thing but the idea that someone would go to the lengths of hacking an existing account rather than just creating a new one seems way too far-fetched.

I remember this, I think Niall even asked for the IP address of the person who was hacked to verify it with the Caf database but nothing was proven and it kinda died down.

You only have to see the Hillsborough threads on here to see that no-one here would consider doing such a thing.

I hope we can derail their title campaign after the break. Their easy start doesn't convince me I'm not worried about them unless they can make a statement against us.
Jesus wept. Not only the whole statement is contradictory, but its fecking deluded "unless they can make a statement against us". I ought to stop visiting that site - its giving me sore ribs.

Before the kick off. Er, what? Our squad is arguably as strong as City's. Certainly a fecking lot better than Liverpool's. Delusions of Grandeur yet again.

The state of that team. They'll obviously batter them, but still./QUOTE]

State of the team?

Best keeper in the world, one of the best RBs in the league, the best English CB currently, best DM in the league by a distance, one of the best young attacking talents (replaced by another of the best young attacking talents), a £75m centre forward who has more goals than starts... to name a few.

Pretty good.

Hopefully we do to them what we did to Arsenal and knock that down to 15 GD.

State?
Mane and maybe Coutinho (who doesn't even want to be there) are the only players that would get near our side. Even Mane wouldn't be a huge upgrade.
Our back 5, 2 CMs, CF would all be massive upgrades on their team.
