Rope-a-dope football at this level should be stopped.

The refs should just stop the game and call it a draw - it'd at least save a hell-a-lot of frustration and would teach ballwankers like Pardew and Old Pint of Piss to stop with the medieval garrison tactics.

Well that was shit.

I thought the draw against Everton was supposed to be Klopp's fault though according to the press, for resting part of his attack?

Well we had all of the Fab 4 on the field from the first minute and still couldn't break through.

How are they going to try to blame the boss tonight?
He played the full attack and we didn't concede.

I'm sure they'll find some shit to throw at him though.
What the feck is this shit?

Irrational.

Two phantom penos and a goal taken away in 3 matches. The FA is on a roll. The sooner there is a computer reffing the games the sooner we'll see where we're at. This game is corrupt.
I thought Robertson was alright, but yeah we miss Moreno.
Clyne too.
They have a weird love-hate relationship with Moreno
It was feckin terrible decision. Drawing 0-0 at home against West Brom so you take a right back off and replace with another right back when you have a striker in Danny Ings sitting on the bench. I’ve thought for a while that Klopp’s game management/substitutions are shite and that just backed it up for me tonight.
Ban incoming.
Obviously pissed off.
Just hope Gerrard bumps into Pardew, and says, 'Remember me?'
fecking hate these games against struggling teams - literally shut up shop and look to Joe Bugner us.

Could have been worse, but these games miss someone like a fit Sturride, Aldridge, Fowler, Rush and dare I say it, Owen.

Refs looking after their own - didn't even look like a handball, looked like it came off his tit.
Oh and Gini Wijnaldum take a bow lad. You’ve just set the benchmark for cowardly displays.

The equivalent of going into work, sitting at your desk watching the phone ring all day, and then leave an hour early.
Nope, you will have shit games over a season, it happens, the Mancs were the same tonight by all accounts but they dont have refs disallowing perfectly fine goals or giving dodgy pens against them
I thought the referee was okay for the early part of the game. Then he gave a bonkers decision against Can which really riled Can up to the point he gets booked for dissent. The ref must have found his new fetish in this moment - had a tingle in his peepee - because every single decision went to West Brom after that
If anyone here says they would not be incensed if that was a last minute goal by Ander Herrera against us in a Champions League knockout tie they'd be blatantly lieing. They'd be claiming bent refs for allowing it.

That said, I said at the time it was a bollocks decision. Arsenal got one or two of them last season. Suarez got one against Mansfield. It should count, but we shouldn't be relying on a handball goal to beat West Brom. We were utter shite tonight.
Finally some sense

Waiting for PoP's text saying that liverpool struggles this season can be compared to David Foster Wallace trying to write Infinite Jest - and how this also explains the current state of the league.

Just seen it, and surprised there is so much discussion. Law needs to change, handball is handball, takes away any misinterpretation.
The law has already changed. Already at the start of the season the referees already went to every club managers and players to say that there will be no goals awarded directly scored from a hand. Not sure why klopp didn't get the memo, or he is just blatantly acting as an ignorant fool to divert attention from his non-scoring "fab 4"

Calvert-Lewin has signed a new contract. No doubt when someone said "do you want a pen?", he threw himself to the ground with little or no contact.

 Only if he had Lovren alongside him in the boardroom trying to do some 'defending'.

RE Rafa's current failings at Newcastle:
"We broke his heart, in my opinion. He loved Liverpool as most of us loved him. When your one true love kicks you out in favour of a broken down, toothless old fool with the charisma of a mouldy sock dredged up from the darkest and most fetid corner of the basement, your entire sense of perspective is lost.

I think he's been seeking something that doesn't exist anymore - the romance of football. It's why I still worship the man - he's from the old days when football meant something bigger than bank balances. There's a reason he is in equal company with our true greats on our banner. He has that same soul."
