Do you think Wenger has no say on the transfer dealings in the club? Do you think the club would buy/negotiate for players Wenger doesn't want? Why is everyone blaming Wenger when this has very little to do with him ?
Do you think Wenger sits round a table leading the negotiations?
At that club? Probably. Why is everyone blaming Wenger when this has very little to do with him ?

Maybe he'll paramotor into the stadium.I have a cheeky feeling this will be announced (by reputable sources) during tonight’s game
Actually this is quite likely based on some Arsenal fans working for the club. Both Lucas Perez and Gabriel Paulista are probably non-Wenger buys. It's also likely that Elneny is not a Wenger buy either but a stat-DNA buy. Some transfers are specifically scouted by Wenger, while others are scouted by others and he agrees once all the work is done.Do you think Wenger has no say on the transfer dealings in the club? No. That's not bargaining. It makes sense from a negotiating standpoint to ask for the furthest thing and then come down to an agreeable price.
If I was Wenger I'd ask for a centerback instead.
You think it is as easy as just leaving Smalling and Mkhi at the door? They have to want to go there too you know? We can't just rock up, drop em off and leave with two new toys.Give them Miki and Smalling for Sanchez and Ozil. No cash - just a straight swap and everyone leaves happy. Well as happy as you can expect to be after leaving your two best players run their contracts down to the bone.
Maybe we can drive to the woods and leave them there. You think it is as easy as just leaving Smalling and Mkhi at the door? They have to want to go there too you know? We can't just rock up, drop em off and leave with two new toys.
Smalling's been good for us and Arsenal don't deserve him.Give them Miki and Smalling for Sanchez and Ozil. No cash - just a straight swap and everyone leaves happy. Well as happy as you can expect to be after leaving your two best players run their contracts down to the bone.
Of course. What guarantee would he have of getting those at city instead of united? Beyond a PL medal they won without him?I don't think one depends on the other, he may want more club titles?
It's a waste of time obviously. Can't blame Arsenal for trying for Martial, if true.
No. Miki and Smalling dont read the caf and hence believe they are actually capable of doing something better than moving to a lower placed team in trouble.Give them Miki and Smalling for Sanchez and Ozil. No cash - just a straight swap and everyone leaves happy. Well as happy as you can expect to be after leaving your two best players run their contracts down to the bone.
It's stupid IMO. Just like their turning down of £60m city bid in the summerCan't blame Arsenal for trying for Martial, if true.
spot on. What an idiot he is. The Martial thing is a waste of everyones time not to mention the scattergun approach they seem to be adopting to replace him.Wenger is like a poker player who doesn't quite understand the game

Gonna be embarrassing if we lose.I reckon the deal is done and Alexis will skydive into OT at halftime tonight, run a lap of honour high-fiving everyone in the front row, then be raised up on a hydraulic platform with copious amount of pyrotechnics and dry ice cannon's blasting as ACDC rings out.
Then the 2nd half'll start.

He'll be announced by being in our starting 11 todayIs this as much on as it was yesterday evening?
I seem to remember this guy being a total knob during the Lukaku saga. Still is. If I had a quid for every pixel in that picture, i'd barely have enough to buy the bottle of wine.Tweet
