I think he’s been involved in as many goals this season as the rest of his career combined.

Great assist. Should have done better for the Spain goal but then again there were enough players behind him who could have also done a lot better

Still a bit green in those situations. Seen him get skinned like that so many times for us. Needs to learn when it's best to commit to a tackle
He will learn. Plus playing with a back 3 there should be more cover. McGuire was worse

What a pass! Had no idea he had that in his locker.
Has always been a better passer than Young who would have pulled that back to his right and put off the rhythm of the attack. On the other hand Young wouldn't have gotten skinned the way Shaw did for Spain's goal

Any gifs?

Edit: saw it. Sublime pass. He's always had great passing ability but that was brilliant.

That pass was lovely. Good to see him improving in the final third.

Looking over my shoulder.

Weird how the fullback is the one that is skinned and the winger not delivering the good crosses.

Don't know why the pundits are making it out like Shaw is the reason England conceded, yes he tried and missed a tackle, but look at the number of bodies in the box, they should have defended better and what the feck was Maguire doing there?

The quality of Shaw's cross for Rashford's goal was excellent, I hope he continues to provide that kind of delivery when he's back at United. His confidence is clearly up. You can argue that Rodrigo is getting in behind him a fair bit, its up to the left centre back to provide cover when the wing back is attacking in a 3-5-2 though. Not something United has to worry about too much as we play a back four most of the time.

He got skinned by Carvajal but it was close to the half line, that should be no excuse for the mess of a defence behind. Maguire seemed more accountable for both goals Englad conceded.

I loved his assist. Playing the ball into the space and not the player. We don't do it enough.

Feck, this guy just can’t catch a break. Really hope he’s okay. Has the potential to be one of the best FBs in the world if he gets a healthy patch and really warmed to him after that England interview, love hearing an honest view.

That was some pass he played for the Rashford goal. The kinda pass someone like a Lukaku would thrive on, shame about his injury but that was a hell of an assist.

He needs to build on a good momentum with this form. He's working hard for a new contract and it shows. Hope he is fit for the weekend. His form will be absolutely crucial for us this season.

Times reported he'll miss out on the weekend but will be back midweek (next week) for our first Champions League game.

But today's presser will be the best indicator. Surely someone will ask.
Never know with these football «journalists», they might waste their questions on Rooney’s resurgence in the US :D

Let's hope that concussion did not give him temporary memory loss since the start of the season and the lad remembers that he can still play football. No space jam effect here please, we need him

Reporter: Will Shaw be available for the weekend?

Jose: Not for Watford, but for Champions League. I'm happy he just misses one game.

The Sun: BREAKING: Jose happy Shaw will miss game due to head injury.

Redcafe: feck Jose!

Hes available to play, depends if he is fit enough as he hasn't trained. I think he'll probably play.
