I hope we twat the twattisness out of these twats. Bitch slap them all over Bitchville like the bitches they are

I honestly wouldn't mind if Henderson took a team photo of all the lads tea bagging a Stoke jersey and posted it on twatter

That wouldn't be letting the clubs image down. That would be captaincy of biblical proportions IMO

I quiet dislike Stoke you see

It says something about a club when they celebrate a meaningless game at the end of the season. We'll just look back on those 5 European Cups and 18 league titles then. If ever there was motivation to win a match it would be to wipe the smiles off their crooked, inbred faces. Form is temporary, class is permanent, let's twat these freaks.
Class, dignity etc

Their players were certainly celebrating like they had just won the league. Or, in their case, celebrating that they've almost won the league (days before they feck everything up).

not worried about liverpool at all. even in the last time when I was genuinely worried about them (13/14) they managed to feck up in such a glorious fashion.

Didn't United fans on here spend 3/4 of that season saying they'd drop out the top 4 eventually? Not suggesting another title tilt necessarily but it is the default position on here to call Liverpool average.

They were average in the first game. So were we. Both were lucky to win.

OK, it's a bit like golf - with 38 holes / games. So these are 'par'scores.

Over the 38, there are 3 kinds of game - 3 pts expected, 1 pt expected, 0 pts expected. So you can hopefully work that out for this weekend. Arsenal expected to beat West ham but lost = -3 to par. Utd are level par cos we won but were expected to do so. It's dead easy when you know ;)

Wait, so they expected to only get one point against Stoke. And this is the sign of champions?!

I think it's the peterstorey table. They're comparing it with the results last year.

5 point net swing on Arsenal, 4 on Chelsea and 2 on us. They've just guaranteed a CL spot with that result. If they win their next two games they will probably get automatic qualification, a 5 game win streak at this point of the season will pretty much win them the league. It could all be done and dusted by mid September.

The way the table works is that you're expected to win every game at home, lose to the top 6/7 away, draw to the middle 6/7 and win against the bottom 6/7. I think.

Yeah, I think you're right. Altho, I somehow got thinking they didn't have draws at one time. Or they come up so infrequently I gotten confused :(.

Liverpools big problem going forward is its going to be so difficult to actually make an impact in the CL even if they qualify. They will be unseeded in the CL qualifying if they finish 4th and if they somehow made the group stage by finish 3rd or better(or winning a qualifying round) they would end up in Pot 4 as things stand. Its a long road back for them to be regulars in the knockout stages of the CL-where all "big" clubs want to be.
