Just came across this, TY is so deluded I feel sorry for him.
I firmly believe him to be the greatest wum that ever lived. No one can actually be that deluded without doing it on purpose.Just came across this, TY is so deluded I feel sorry for him.
What do you mean?I'm not sure taking your high profile AFC TV on the road to WHL is the greatest idea?
Right enough that WHL is a crappy place to go to, mainly because because of the limited transport, in London terms.
that at the very least you'll attract stick for doing itWhat do you mean?
Disgusting. Just as pathetic as people were bullying Ty a couple a weeks ago and stealing his hat and throwing it around(sounds harmless, but it was fecking pathetic).
It just seems like he was leaving the ground, and there was a load of Spurs fans giving him stick. Not really sure there's anything they could do there.that at the very least you'll attract stick for doing it
like sticking all the Utd gear on & standing outside Anfield 'giving it large' - as they would see it
asking for trouble, innit?
(while we don't live in an ideal world, which we don't)
Earlier he said (sounded like pre-game to me) that they had been moved from a safe-ish spec just outside the ground (by a steward to ''the end of the road... surrounded by Spurs fans''It just seems like he was leaving the ground, and there was a load of Spurs fans giving him stick. He's barely aged since 2004:Wait what,Ty is 47?!? he said so...naaa that cant be real.
If it's true he was moved to the high Street then that's crazy, that's the way everyone walks to catch bus\train.Earlier he said (sounded like pre-game to me) that they had been moved from a safe-ish spec just outside the ground (by a steward to ''the end of the road... surrounded by Spurs fans''
I dunno, I'm not saying he should be fearing for his own safety or subjected to racial abuse, but Arsenal gear, camera, large groups of pissed-up opposition fans = not a good mix.
How's Robbie giving it large? You're talking rubbish.that at the very least you'll attract stick for doing it

''perceived'' as giving it large if you prefer,How's Robbie giving it large? You're talking rubbish.
Troopz - blud transport and family counsellingDoes anyone know what kind of jobs the people who appear on AFTV have? My assumption is Troopz works in the Carphone Warehouse
Claude drives a taxi from what I remember.Does anyone know what kind of jobs the people who appear on AFTV have? My assumption is Troopz works in the Carphone Warehouse
Yup, that seems like the stereotype i would imagine. Moh is also a chartered accountant..Claude drives a taxi from what I remember.
"Rob Marley"Robbie was a musician
Because the sun isn't fit to use as toilet paper. Its coverage of Hillsborough was despicable. Its hand in the phone hacking scandal, its continued vilification of immigrants and refugees, its consistent presenting of false facts only to run corrections in small blocks in the middle of the paper never to be seen. It took them far too long to get rid of page 3. It's an abhorrent publication and to take sponsorship from them legitimises them and damns any sense of morals you can claim to have.I don't get the hate he's getting for allowing the sun to sponsor his videos. Like really?
and the recent fiasco with Ross Barkley too.Because the sun isn't fit to use as toilet paper. Its coverage of Hillsborough was despicable. I haven't exactly seen him holding himself up as some beacon of morality though?Because the sun isn't fit to use as toilet paper. Its coverage of Hillsborough was despicable. The level of delusion is too damn high in that video and I thought Liverpool fans were deluded, this it OTT delusion. He thinks all Arsenal players are better than every Spurs player.Just came across this, TY is so deluded I feel sorry for him.
Accepting a sponsor, the whole point is being associated with them for better or worse. Very much worse in the Suns case.I haven't exactly seen him holding himself up as some beacon of morality though?
It's the most popular paper in Britain, obviously a lot of people don't seem to find it quite so bad. Besides, who cares if it is a shit paper? They're only paying him to have their name on it. People get way too butthurt about simple sponsorships, thinking it means something when it doesn't.
I never said he does hold himself up as a beacon of morality, I was simply claiming that by taking money from them you cant claim to have untarnished morals, it was more a hypothetical.I haven't exactly seen him holding himself up as some beacon of morality though?

He's visibly distraught, I dont think he even believes himself any more. The way he backed Wenger in that video was a bit defeatist.
You could just see Ty eloping with Wenger if he left the job.Just came across this, TY is so deluded I feel sorry for him.
But why? A lot of people seem to buy it, so I don't get the apparent harm it's meant to do to his reputation. A few people on the internet accuse him of abandoning his morals or something, I doubt he or 99% of anyone else will mind.Accepting a sponsor, the whole point is being associated with them for better or worse. Very much worse in the Suns case.
These are all your opinion though. You seem to have a fair amount of dislike for anything that isn't left wing such as anyone who voted to leave the EU, votes tory, wants less immigrants etc. That's a perfectly fine opinion for yourself to hold but just because Robbie allows himself to be endorsed by a newspaper that holds opposing views to your own doesn't mean anything. You actually come across a little snobbish in all honesty.I never said he does hold himself up as a beacon of morality, I was simply claiming that by taking money from them you cant claim to have untarnished morals, it was more a hypothetical.
People are getting 'butthurt' by the legitimising of a paper that has time and time again proved to be a blight on the national press. I dont know how you can ignore all its wrongdoings and think its ok for someone to take sponsorship from them. Yes it is their prerogative if they want the money, but in the same way it is also ours to criticise them for doing so. Simple sponsorships aren't just simple sponsorships. They pay to get their name on it, more people see the name, the name gets re-legitimised, more people buy it, its practices dont get changed because 'they seem to sell papers', more people get misinformed, more people continue to vote for our country to circle down the drain. 'vote brexit for the nhs', 'vote tory to dismantle the nhs' 'no refugees allowed' 'bomb syria, create refugees'. Its not just a shit paper, its an insidious piece of shit paper that has no consistent values apart from feeding click baitesque headlines to the public. Its the most popular paper because it fits in with the desire for the vast majority of the public's desire to want to be outraged about something every day. It's not popular due to its content.
Had to laugh at that. Sort of let's them off the hook with what I feared, but then using "yids" which itself is a word of some controversy itself. Especially for those who aren't Jewish! They were chanting "who let the yids out". Don't think it was racist.
It seems particularly strange when London is surely by far the most multicultural area of the country. When it comes to vile racist fans, London clubs seem to have more than most from what I can see. Chelsea, Spurs, Millwall specifically.
Bit unrealistic really though isn't it?I've generally been on AFTV's side, especially when established media panicked about the channel's success & adopted a snobbish attitude towards AFTV. However, a seemingly minor thing like accepting sponsorship from The Sun really gives me pause: Robbie & company should've reconsidered, surely; after all, it could've been Arsenal supporters - or fans of any club, not only Liverpool FC - who bore the brunt of that newspaper's lies for decades. If you care about fans' welfare, if you care about your fellow supporters' dignity, you don't take The Sun's money and still claim to be 'the voice of real football fans'.
