"Rebels without applause" was another classic. These thread titles "Lidl Catalans" remains my favorite of the year though
Always Steve so there isn't a log of the title edits unless they're posted in thread."Rebels without applause" was another classic.
Whomever is coming up with these... hats off.
Yes.pointing to mathematical error? Was just meaning to say that of the 3 CBs, only 2 can be termed as crucial as the 3rd choice is basically backup
Well, several other managers have said the same thing, including Mourinho. Every season, one or two generally do.Wenger quoted as saying that they aren't ready physically yet. That's unbelievable isn't it? A side that is expected to challenge for the league isn't ready for the first game of the season.
Actually what's more unbelievable is the fact that he's willing to admit that.
I don't think it's an acceptable excuse. Top sides should be ready to go from game one. I'm sure Ferguson never came out after the first game of the season that his players weren't ready?Well, several other managers have said the same thing, including Mourinho. Can it get any worse?
Im pretty sure worse was wished on LVG last season.Who the feck wishes a stroke on ANYONE else, let alone someone on your own team? He's obviously not representative of their whole fanbase, but this guy should get banned from their forum. Anything less is tacit agreement from their mods.
Yeah but how often did we start slow? Its a reality of the game, even with a good pre-season you aren't fully ready first weekend, look at some of the matches over the weekend in terms of rustiness.I don't think it's an acceptable excuse. link? That TY features on the Man United 04/05 season review. He is mouthing off before we ended their unbeaten record.
I think the difference is that it's every year with Arsenal now. They're never ready. United might have started the odd season slow but you didn't go through the same cycle at the start of every campaign.Yeah but how often did we start slow? Yeah that's fair enough, this year in particular, losing to Liverpool isn't disgraceful but the state of that starting 11 really was something.I think the difference is that it's every year with Arsenal now. feck me he looks exactly the same, i wonder if he was born with a tash
This is actually ****ing appalling. First off, it's ****ing inhumane of him to rejoice in Wilshere's pain and serious career setback. The only ground for it is that he plays for another team, if that gets him that riled up he's got serious ****ing issues. Second, Wilshere plays for his ****ing country, the deluded ****! The idiot hasn't got a ****ing clue, you can't tell me he actually supports England. Nor does he have any class, the pig. I can't imagine he has an actual life.
I've been following him, but he's no good. Much better on Arsenal Fan TVTroops tv! Na Wha I mean!!
I think that's directed towards the guy who made the tweet. Adam McCola, who's one of the guys from that awful United YouTube channel. He posted that picture of McNair injuring Wilshere and tweeted "Thanks for the memories." Pretty damn classless imo.Just noticed this in their United thread, in response to photos of that (admittedly nasty) McNair foul on Wilshere:
Hells no if Sanchez and Ozil will stick around much longer for this stuff. Their deals both run out in summer 2018.
I wonder which one Bayern will poach, and which one we will poach.
Btw, we need more Arse supporters on here. Not enough caf member meltdowns to enjoy.
I'm hoping when the season kicks in and Arsenal don't progress, that it will get a lot more interesting!I've been following him, but he's no good. Much better on Arsenal Fan TV
Wenger is pronounced with a V.Troops tv! Na Wha I mean!!
It's pretty common in England to say it with a W but not like he does "Weng-ah" but more like "Wen-Guh", a lot of British people also pronounce the Wagen part in Volkswagen with a W instead of a V.Wenger is pronounced with a V.

are you seriously picking that guy up on pronunciations?!Wenger is pronounced with a V.
He isn't the only one doing it, blud.are you seriously picking that guy up on pronunciations?!
He pronounces most words in a ridiculous way for goodness sake
Wtf, his style of clothing hasn't changed at all
Wow an Arsenal fan who speaks sense and isnt annoying
Christ, that's frustrating to watch. The host keeps saying "but after one game," then interrupts the guy he's interviewing like he's going to offer a different point, and then ends up repeating it again and again.
Enjoyable little clip. Some good debate there, rather than relentless negativity, or blind positivity, like most of them.
